We have never traveled to Italy before and it was my job to arrange tours. There are so many companies out their and we were very fortunate to schedule with Compass Tours. Our driver, Marco was the best guide we had during our Italy vacation. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but patient, and had a great personality. Exceptional Tour of the Amalfi Coast with Marco!!

Experience the Amalfi coast, sit back and relax and let this amazing company show you the way!!! Marco was our guide and driver for the day!! He was extremely knowledgeable and so personable!! if I were to rate this Tour from 1 to 10, I would give it a 20! It allowed my husband and I just sit back and relax and enjoy the views. We stopped in each town and got to explore the sights, the food and the shopping…. Give this Tour the opportunity to show you the Amalfi coast with no worries ….I was very pleased with it all!

Great experience!

Great trip. We communicated with Ludovico our driver via WhatsApp and he was waiting for us at Naples train station. He took charge of luggage and we arrived in Pompeii in 30 minutes where we started our tour with Rosa the private guide arranged by trip/Viator. Amazing experience! Rosa was fantastic - knowledgeable and went at our pace. From there about an hour drive to Positano with Ludovico pointing out sights and stopping at overlooks along the way for photos. A really great transfer/experience. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience...

We had a great experience with our driver. It was a lady and everyone was shocked to see a lady driver for some reason. We had a laugh about it but she was kind. The car had A/C and it was a nice smooth ride. I would definitely recommend and use again. It’s been a couple years now but we are now using Viator to book a transfer for another trip so I thought id leave a review. Thank you

A car transfer from Naples to Praiano

We were delayed in Rome with a train/bus strike and a protest that was in front of the Termini Station so our arrival was delayed but almost 90 minutes. However, Vincenzo (the owner) went above and beyond making sure the transfer we booked would meet us at the new time. Our driver Vincenzo (yes, there are 2 Vincenzo's working at this company lol) was great. While his English was limited, his enthusiasm and kind nature shone through. He was super helpful with our luggage and the trip to Praiano was great. While we had the correct address in Praiano, finding the apt was not as easy. But Vincenzo was more than helpful asking the mini-market owner where the apt was. I managed to get a hold of the apt. owner and he met us on the street. We were right in front of it but couldn't see the number from the street. Vincenzo was very considerate and made sure we were safely in our apt before leaving. We will definitely book a transfer again with this company. Thanks Vincenzo (both of you!!)

Our flight was delayed but great communication from this company, who obtained our flight info ahead of time and was there waiting for us over an hour from our initial planned arrival. Was perfect

This was the perfect way to start our amalfi journey. Driver was great and met us easily at the train station. The car was super nice with great AC. The tour guide Lina was awesome - clearly very passionate and knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to and she took some great pictures of us. Also recommended a bunch of restaurants to us in Sorrento that were all delicious. I hesitated a bit at the cost but so glad we did the private tour.

It was a transfer from our hotel in Sorrento to an hotel in Naples. Driver arrived ahead of time and was very helpful with our luggage at both hotels. Van was very clean and it was a relaxing ride. When travelling as a group of 5 people, with a lot of luggage, to a destination that is over 45 minutes away, it was a good decision to hire a private transfer. The driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned because he saw that traffic was heavy and he knew that we had a train to catch. He was very friendly and helpful. We have had bad experiences with taxi drivers who took advantage of the fact that we were tourists and overcharged us for short taxi rides. With private transfers, the fee is quoted when the reservation is made, so there are no surprises.

10/10 Best way to get to the Amalfi Coast

Easy pick-up from the airport. They also got us set up with a local tour guide for a 2-hr stop in Pompeii. Seamless drop-off right at the front entrance and the tour guide herself was incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend booking this if you are traveling from Naples down to Positano.
