Great taster of the Amalfi Coast

We had a fabulous day exploring the Amalfi coast. Lello our driver, safely navigated us to 2 towns in the time it would have taken me and my husband to leave the hotel in a hire car. The car was spotlessly clean and I felt so safe on the drive. It was the perfect balance of Lello sharing the history, recommendeding where to visit on our stops and free time to explore. He was really patient with my daughter who would have rather have been in the hotel pool and he ensured there were plenty of gelato stops so she would stay engaged. I'd highly recommend a private tour. It took all the stress out our day and we left with restaurant recommendations and wine recommendations from a local resident for the rest of our trip.

If you are looking for an authentic, hands-on culinary experience that feels less like a rigid class and more like a lively dinner party with old friends, look no further. Miguel and Magdalena are absolute superstars! From the second we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The drinks were flowing generously, we started with a tour of the vegetable garden and a delicious bruschetta and aperol spritz. After a few minutes we went to the cooking area where the energy became high, and we spent the entire time laughing. Miguel is a fantastic and fun teacher. He guided us through the art of making fresh pasta dough from scratch, rolling it out, and stuffing it with fresh mozzarella and parmesan to create the most incredible cheese ravioli. The accompanying tomato sauce—made with fresh, vibrant ingredients picked straight from their own garden—was magic. To top it all off, we learned the secrets to crafting a phenomenal, velvety tiramisu and got a masterclass in making homemade limoncello. It wasn’t just about learning recipes; it was about the phenomenal experience, the warmth of our hosts, and the memories made. Thank you, Miguel and Magdalena, for an amazing, delicious, and laughter-filled day. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough!

What a fun and wonderful evening with Chef Anna A and her assistant Rita! We had excellent and fun lessons, made delicious food recipes, beef, pizza, pasta and lemon tiramisu! And Anna was so fun and kind and made sure that all people were engaged. My husband and I and our friends (another couple) thoroughly enjoyed meeting the other guests and enjoying their comraderie! Rocco and Carla were amazing hosts and we had a great experience! Their garden is the perfect place to learn their family recipes with their homegrown ingredients. Chef Tony and the whole cooking class experience was wonderful! Tony was warm, wecloming, insightful, patient, and - unexpectedly - funny! The location is warm and well-adorned and just the right ambiance for both learning some great cooking secrets and enjoying a fun night with friends - existing ones or the one you meet there. I have done an Italian cooking class before (Chianti), which was good, but this experience was great. It was a tremendous way to round up a fantastic vacation to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast!
