We had the most amazing experience with chef Carmen. She had a great personality, knowledgeable cooking tips for us to take beyond the class, and served a generous amount of wine, liquor, and food! We loved the food and experience so much that we came the next night for dinner! If you don’t make it for a cooking class, I highly recommend dining here!!

Five stars isn’t nearly enough for this experience! Carmen is FANTASTIC! This experience was so incredibly memorable for several reasons. First, the food we made was AMAZING: gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and tiramisu - being provided the freshest ingredients was key. Carmen, was so engaging throughout the process making everyone in the class feel like accomplished chefs! The set up in the restaurant really lent itself to group prep and cooking - plenty of room to spread out. Upon completing our food we all dined together, family style, with fantastic wine and the fruits of our labor…it was an amazing Italian evening! Again, this experience was FANTASTIC and I highly recommend everyone put this on their itinerary when visiting Sorrento!

We had so much fun as a family! Chef Carmen was so entertaining and knowledgeable. My husband and I and our two adult age sons thoroughly enjoyed making gnocchi. Eggplant parm and tiramisu! This will always be a fond memory from our trip to Sorrento!

My partner and I loved this class! We made gnocchi, homemade pasta, and a lemon tiramisu dish. We thought it was fun and informative, and liked that we had a small class - there were only two other people cooking with us. Carmen was personable and a great teacher. They also gave us Prosecco and kept the wine flowing. We had time at the end to eat what we made, and everything was delicious! We give it two thumbs up.

Wonderful afternoon with Carmen and her staff. Truly learned how to make delicious homemade pasta, eggplant parmassan, and lemon cello Tiramasu. The wine flowed; laughter echoed; food delighted.

Absolutely loved this experience, 2 couples in our late 30’s. We all love food and cooking so wanted something local and authentic. Chef Carmen kept in contact all the way up to the class as we had to change dates.
Everyone was made to feel included in the class no matter the experience or level of cooking. had wine/Prosecco/water on the tables and was offered beer or other soft drinks if you preferred we all just stuck to the wine and Prosecco.
We made a pasta Ragu (made pasta ourselves), an eggplant parmigiana and a lemon cello tiramisu which was then served to us in the restaurant.
Thankyou so much for this experience which all 4 of us remembered more fondly than anything else in the 7 days in Sorrento.

We were not sure what to expect but had the best time. We cooked, we drank (lots) we made friends from all over the world and we laughed. Definitely a must do experience. Carmen and her staff work hard and make sure everyone has a great time.

We loved our cooking class with Chef Carmen! She was very entertaining and the class was easy to follow. Can’t wait to try everything we learned in class at home! We loved all the prosecco, wine, and beer included in the price as well!

Carmen was incredible! She was so warm and funny. I can be quiet especially in a group, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable and the Prosecco definitely helped! The direction was so clear and the food was 10/10. Can’t wait to make the recipes at home.

This class was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, we learned so much. I can’t wait to make pasta at home. Chef Carmen was so fun, personable, and gave us little lesson on the Italian language. Seriously my sister and I had a fabulous time and could not recommend it enough.

What an amazing cooking experience. Carmen was super friendly and knowledgeable. We learned to make 3 dishes and the end was result was very tasty! Carmen kept us topped up with drinks throughout the day and during our meal!

my husband and I really enjoyed this experience. Chef Carmen Wes accommodating to everyone in our group allergies, dislikes when considering the menu. The menu for us was homemade ravioli, fish with a potato crust, and lemon tiramisu. They tiramisu was initially going to be made with lemon cello; however, I requested a non-alcoholic tiramisu. Chef Carmen assisted me first in making my lemon tiramisu without the lemon cello then resumed making the groups mixture with the lemon cello. Again, she was so accommodating.
Everything was seamless, the classroom has plenty of work space and is very clean. I would highly recommend this experience even if you have no cooking background. She’s the best!

Does a cooking class by a very bubbly yet feisty Italian woman get any better? We visited Sorrento on our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better activity. The food was delicious and inspired us to further our cooking knowledge. Thank you Carmen!

This was the highlight of our trip! Chef Carmen was so kind, patient, and funny. My boyfriend is vegetarian and Chef Carmen adjusted the menu to accommodate that. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that it was only going to be the two of us with Chef Carmen because we assumed we would be cooking with other couples or groups.
We loved every second of our cooking class and the food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back with my entire family :) P.S. There is oftentimes no air-conditioning in this area (we were sweating in most restaurants... no aircon, only fans), but luckily there is air-conditioning here so you can cook comfortably. A huge plus!!

We had a brilliant and fun experience learning how to cook three Italian dishes which I'm definitely going to cook again. Carmen is patient, a great teacher, brilliant chef and her English is amazing! The whole set up is so organized. Would highly recommend.

Went for what I thought would be the "usual" cooking class. Boy was I wrong. This was a fun totally hands-on class. We made gnocchi the Sorrento way. Learned to gut and prepare calamari - what a trip, Prepared a sea bass and made eggplant parmigiana all in a relax and funny atmosphere. Chef Carmen is a blast - funny, witty and a great teacher. Finally, we all were able to eat our recipes around the big table and make new friends. If there is one thing that I would highly recommend to do while in Sorrento is to take this class.

We had a great afternoon in class. Carmen was welcoming with a wonderful sense of humor. We learned a lot - especially everything I was doing wrong when I cook! The eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine, and tiramisu was delicious! Carmen sent the recipes and we will be making them soon! Highly recommend this experience.

Not able to do this tour. Received an email 1 day before that we were only couple signed up for afternoon session and that they would not do tour, they offered another day or morning tour but we were not in town yet for these. I emailed back that we wanted to do this cooking class but never heard back from them. Very disappointed with lack of communication.

Loved it! It was so much fun and we really enjoyed learning the proper Italian way of preparing and cooking different dishes. It was also a nice touch to get the recipes sent to us afterwards because we were never going to remember all the valuable information otherwise! Chef Carmen is great fun and really makes the cooking class an enjoyable experience.
