I signed up for the Washington monument tour with entry tickets. When I arrived in the morning as the tour was starting, the operator notified me that the tour I signed up for did not include tickets for the Washington monument. I asked for a full refund. They only gave me a partial. This is not how you treat people or run a business.

Took this tour with USA GUIDED TOURS, guide Josh and driver Thomas. Great company and great guys, provided all support, explanations, and also some fun + facts during the trip to each monument / waypoint. Also kudos to the easiness with I was able to reschedule my tour - as long as it respects the 24 hours threshold it will r plain and simple. Definitely recommend.

It was easy to cover the various famous monuments within a short period of time. It also save the time to wait for a ticket to see the Washington Monument. The tour guide knew her facts and made the tour very interesting. However, it did not allow time to get a break to get something to eat. I was very cold when we reached the Washington Monument since I ate only a light breakfast. It was very windy and I had to hide in the waiting area before our group could go in.

Our family had a great experience on this tour. Calvin made sure everyone was taken care of, and our guide, Joey, was so knowledgeable about all the sites we visited! It was well worth taking this tour!

Nice combination of historical sites. Numerous places without the hassle of figuring out transportation. It is a highlights tour so it may be necessary to return to places of interest such as the Lincoln Memorial

Tour is fast paced and very informative. My son is 14 and my father and mother are in there 70s. My son had now problem keeping up but it was very tiring for my parents got in 10000 steps. Bring a snack and eat off the bus as no food is allowed and the prices at the stands are very high.
