The bus station is probably the worst I've been at since it's outside with no coverage from the elements. The bus drivers for Flixbus have zero customer service and are rude so hopefully you don't need or ask for help (very unprofessional). Our guide in Bratislava was excellent and very knowledgeable providing much valuable information. The time given to explore the beautiful town was more than enough to have an awesome time.

Our guide was great! But we could have just bought ticket ourselves.. and make sure to have the same date if its just a day trip. I made a mistake of not double checking the return date and i had to buy another ticket to return to vienna on the same day.

A short guided tour, with highlights on the city's cultural spots, historical buildings and events. At the end of the tour, our guide Viera arranged a nice lunch in a restaurant specializing in local food. A nice walk browsing the city, we really liked how Viera introduced the city to us. Next time we know interesting spots within the city we'd love to visit later.

City not to developed as far as restaurants and many sites of interest
Town is small and has flair of other cities in Europe with the plazas
