We only had one day to use the pass (so many places to see). Our only issue is that one of the buses never came to one of the stops (Naschmarkt). It looked like we saw it but ultimately we ended up walking to another stop (about 10 minutes) and picking up one of the other color buses there.

It's good for a 2 day visit to see the main sights. No problem with entrance to the sights. Bus staff could have called out the next stop which would have been useful. Little guide useful in deciding which route to take. Bus stops not clearly signposted.

A scam

This is a scam. We were instructed to pick up tickets at a specified address. Went there but could not find the office at that location. Phone was not answering. The next day we called and told to send an e-mail for refund. It has been a month and no answer to several e-mails. We paid $700 for 4 people and lost the money!

Visited and enjoyed all the major sites. Vienna is amazing! The Vienna pass was excellent for entry to the sites. Suggestions: 1. include the Grand Tour at Schönbrunn to save travelers time. I had to run back to pay for an upgrade. 2. Have a pass without the Hop On Hop Off bus rides. In Vienna, you can make better use of time by walking or taking public transportation.

Overall it is easy to use and free entries to lots of the attractions/museums, etc. However, one feedback… and it’s more for the Vienna operator managing the lanes. The bus don’t stop at every stop that was stated. I don’t know why. I was already at the door and waiting for the bus to stop as it said it would, but it just drove right pass on at least two occasions. I had to walk or take the tram back. It’s a waste of time. Twice is in different lanes (blue & red)

We visited lots of museums and places of interest. Most of the places we didn’t have got wait in line. We used this card very extensively.
In general Hop on hop off bus is not a very efficient and interesting experience. But the rest of the card is well worth it. Highly recommend it.

This was great to get you where you want to go for an extended amount of time, but for 1 day it was not great. We went to 4 places within 8 hours. Extended amount would have been great! If you arrive via air even better as it gives you transportation to and from airport.

Hop on off busses are inconvenient to use as transportation. You have to go thru too many stops to get to destination. A better combo would be unlimited public transport with free (not reduced) museum admission. In addition I got scammed on free admission to Vienna opera house. Followed instructions for reservations exactly as written but when I checked out the discount code was not applied so I had to pay full price!

Hop on Hop Off Bus was a bit of a bust, commentary didnt work and its so easy to get around anyway.
Everything else was excellent, so any things to do in Vienna. We bought a 2 day ticket and could easily have filled 4 days.
It would have helped us if the pass had been provided electronically instead of having to pick it up in person.

This bus ticket was the best way to see all the sites and get entrance to most sightseeing atractions. Easy to redeem our voucher as office located opposite the state opera house and the main departure point in the centre. The buses came frequently, on time and staff were very helpful giving advice on attractions.
Definately the best way to see Vienna.

Made good use of the Hop on Hop off buses to explore the city and identify places we wanted to visit during our stay. The Vienna pass got us into see the Spanish Riding School training session and the State Treasury in the Imperial Palace. Free entry to St Stephen's Cathedral. Spent a lovely day exploring Schonbrunn Palais

Said they go to the Spanish Riding School but we did not see that on their map nor did the driver announce it. Busses run infrequently, had to wait a very long time for the next bus. It was NOT open air so it was very hot on the top deck.
