I booked this service to propose and was paired with Elisa. She was fantastic and knew all the best spots. She was very easy to communicate with having helped reschedule our experience because of the weather. Although a gondola ride was not included she was able to set us up with one and had an amazing experience with it.

Used this service for my proposal and we were introduced to Elisa our photographer. She was the best! Super communicative since the day before with a ton of ideas to play out the scenario you want. We even had a code phrase for when we reached the best place for THE photo. I made the mistake and thought that the gondola ride was included since I selected the grand canal but it wasn’t. Elisa sorted that out instantly and set us with a great ride through the canal and by a quieter section of the Rialto bridge. Highly recommend you ask for her.

We had a fantastic experience completing this shoot.
Fillippo was extremely friendly, professional polite and ensured the experience was natural and easy especially as we had never done anything like it before so it felt awkward but he ensured it wasnt an issue.
We even changed the date/times because he advised the weather would be wet which was great it saved a wasted session. And when I changed the location last minute he was very accommodating and did his best throughout.
Couldnt have done it with a nicer person, extremely worth it for the great final photos we now have to last.
