Very informative and flexible for our interests. Claudia was great and showed us all the sites on the itinerary and explained the significance of each one and more. Our lunch was very good and generous portions.

Tour was good, a bit long. I would skip the lunch. It was also raining. I would recommend taking A poncho. Murano was incredible.

If you check your email, you will see that we wrote: 'Be prepared for rain and wear waterproof shoes.' Nevertheless, it is thanks to you that we added the information to the default voucher, where it was previously missing!!!! According to lunch, it is a point of view. When planning a 7-hour tour, we must consider that walking without proper rest for lunch may not be suitable for everyone. Most travelers appreciate stopping at a nice restaurant for a break, which is especially essential on a hot summer day. However, this allows us to remind our customers that the tour is customizable, as stated on the vouchers and emails. Wonderful walking tour of Venice, great glass factory tour in Murano and incredible lunch in Burano. My only regret is that we did not have more time in Burano. It is well worth at least half a day to explore and shop.

Venice tour in one day - the complete package

Exellent service from the time we started witg meeting our tour guide Cleo at the Hotel, to the end , when our personalized water boat returned back to our hotel. Cleo truly provided an exceptional experience walking through Venice . The lunch was as authentic and plentiful. We enjoyed the boat tour to the island of Murano and it's a must to visit and take home a master piece of art.
