We were delayed due to traffic and missed the tour by 5 min. We tried to contact the tour operator but never heard back. At least they should have given 5 min since We tried to communicate this. Waste of money

A great palace tour and gondola ride

This was a well organized tour. The tour leads moved like clockwork. The gondola ride was our first and was great. Then we went to the palace and were really impressed by the interior. Our guide on the palace tour was great. She shared interesting and informative stories and information. She also did a great job of indicating we were moving without just directing us to the next space. It made for a more casual wandering feeling to the tour that we really appreciated. The palace was one of our most impressive tours of our trip and a must see in our opinion.

Nice tour

I liked being able to skip the line and having a guided tour. I would plan on getting to the meeting point a little ahead of the expected time because it can be a little chaotic and confusing.

I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t a private gondola ride, and the majority of the time the guy was on his cell phone, talking and laughing obnoxiously. The guided tour was nice and the lady was very sweet and informative.

We enjoyed our gondola ride and our tour through the Doge's Palace was great. We were really impressed with seeing the inside of the Palace. Not what we expected when we got inside. Beautiful. Our gondola ride was nice also. The tour company did a great job of getting us on first given we had to get back for the Doge's Palace portion of the tour. I wish though that the timing between was a little better organized so it felt less rushed. But overall we loved our tour.
