Overall - a good experience with some uncertainties

The overall experience was okay. I'm was a solo traveller and went already to severall other cities like Mumbai, Varanasi etc. The pick-up and drop-off worked well. The drivers were nice and it was comfortable to ride with them. What I would wish more at the first and second day is certain transparency about the organization. I was used to it that the guide is picking me up together with the driver. Here, it was different, there was only the driver at the hotel. It was kind of hard to find out if he was waiting for me or not and the car looked like a normal taxi. At the second day the guide and the driver changed but nobody communicated this change what led to a big confusion on my side. The guide at the first day had a deep knowledge about the City Palace but not a really deep knowledge about other sights. Moreover he could not speak pretty well english. What I really disliked was that both guides (first and second day) let you go by yourself exploring parts of the sights. Here I would expect they accompany me the whole time. At second day, there was only guide included at the Fort and a audio guide in the temple. The guide was somewhere waiting with a friend and I had to wait until he arrived. Here expect that the guide was ready to go when I arrived at the sight. Moreover, when we walked through the Fort the guide was always walking away from me, was not adapting to my walking speed and waited for me at the next point for explaining something. This was kind of a weird experience. What further bookers should be aware. The second day includes a lot of driving to the different sights (Udaipur - Fort 2h, Fort - Temple 1h, Temple - Udaipur 2h). Just a fact good to know. As described in the offering the tickets are not included in the price. For an another traveller, my additional overall spendings for tickets were about 2300 Indian Rupees what is acceptable but good to know that you have enough cash with you as you have to buy also some food and drinks. Like mentioned in the beginning, the sights were really nice and the guides and drivers very gently. But the organization and communication in terms of changes of drivers and guides as well as needed cash could be better.

Dear Sir Thanks for write A Review , (1) As Per Your Concern About The First Sight Have a Different Guide And other Part Have a Different Guide , We Are Explained About this Because City Palace Required Only City Palace Guide He Not Coming Outside To Visit So That's Reason There is Different Guide To Other Part Of City (2) As Per Concern About The Ticket , As You See Clear Is Written Ticket is Not Included In Price (3) As Per Concern About Changed The Driver Because First day Driver Had A Some Emergency Problem That's Reason Last Moment I Changed The Driver (4) You Said Kumbhalgarh Fort A Person Guide Is Licence Guide Which Is Approved By Goverment Of India And Jain Temple Ranakpur Only There is Audio Guide A Available Anyway Thank You Very Much For Write A Review Thanks & Regards Balaji Forex Tours & Travels Jodhpur
