Booking of the private Udaipur sightseeing tour was very easy, with immediate confirmed ticket sent online.
The tour operator confirmed the tour on the previous day, and sent the details of the car, the driver and the pick up time at our hotel.
The driver, Mr Sajid,was very punctual for our pick up at the hotel. He was very courteous and helpful throughout the tour. Hw gave us a lot of information about each place we visited, acting as a guide. He made the tour more enjoyable and informative.
Overall we had a lovely tour of Udaipur in a single day.

We had an absolutely incredible day with Salim! He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. What made the experience so special was how he blended the must-see highlights with hidden local gems we never would have discovered on our own. He recommended a fantastic restaurant for lunch and patiently waited while we enjoyed our meal, which we really appreciated.
Even after the tour ended, he continued to go above and beyond — coordinating additional tuk-tuk rides for us and personally coming whenever he was available. Highly recommend- if you want to see and understand Udaipur as a city, beyond the big tourist locations, take this tour by auto (rickshaw). Salem is awesome and will show you parts of the old city that no other tour goes to, with great explanations of how the city was built, the main industries, etc. We had such a great time that we extended our tour for another half day.

Salim was a blessing on our journey in Udaipur! We were with him for all 3 days of our trip and he was almost a paternal figure to me and my wife amidst the rajasthani madness.
His English is fantastic, his depth of knowledge is extensive, and he can tailor the itinerary based on what you’re interested in and have energy for. He is perhaps the most prompt person in all of India and is always early, waiting for you outside with a warm smile and greeting.
My tip is to reach out to him ahead of time and tell him your schedule— if he has time he will be able to pick you up and drop you off from the airport as well for a nominal fee that is more cost competitive than other transfer options.
I couldn’t possibly recommend him more!

Sajid was a great tuktuk driver. Careful and considerate. He's very knowledgeable and took care to understand what we wanted to see and how best to do it.
