We had a great day visiting the various sights of Udaipur. Our driver Prakash was on time and was a safe driver. Our tour guide was Vishal who was very knowledgeable about the history of Udaipur and interesting. The itinerary was grammar and not rushed. We stayed at 08.30 which was a good time to beat the crowds at the sights.

Vishal was our guide and Prakash was our driver! They were both phenomenal and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in Udaipur thanks to them - we only had a day to sightsee and there were a few things we weren’t that interested in and they were able to adjust the tour accordingly which was appreciated.

As a solo woman traveler I was a bit worried about touring Udaipur alone. However, this private tour turned out to be one of the most wonderful tours I’ve ever done! I highly recommend it! Please request tour guide Vishal - he is very friendly, courteous, and most amazing tour guide here. I really liked that there was a pick up and drop off directly from and to my hotel. It’s also worth noting that Vishal is extremely knowledgable on everything about this lovely city and he speaks fluent English. In addition, this tour turned out into a great photo session - as Vishal immediately offered to photograph my journey at the palace, since I was traveling alone. Photos turned out beautiful!! Thank you, Vishal! It has been a very memorable and truly wonderful day exploring Udaipur!

A wonderful day out in Udaipur

We started our day early with our driver, Sunny, and our guide, Devanash. Since the morning stops—the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Lake Pichola—didn't require a car, we spent most of that time exploring on foot. The palace was easily the highlight of the visit, and the Jagdish Temple was also very impressive. While the boat ride on Lake Pichola was okay, the Jagmandir Palace island was a bit uninspiring, and unfortunately, the Crystal Gallery was closed. Later on, the Sahelion Ki Bari garden was pleasant to walk around, and Devanash shared some interesting stories that added value to the stop. However, the Sukhadia Circle fountain felt like a waste of time since it is just a roundabout, and I would recommend the operator remove it from the itinerary. The Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal was quite interesting with its puppetry and local dances, but Fateh Sagar Lake was just a drive-by view during lunch rather than an actual stop. Our guide took us to a restaurant with a wonderful lake view; while it was crowded with tourists, the food was good and the staff was helpful with adjusting spice levels. One downside was being taken to a souvenir shop for textile paintings that was not part of our itinerary and which we had not requested. Overall, it was a fun day and I’d recommend the tour for the convenience of having everything organized, but the operators should consider setting a fixed lunch time, dropping the fountain stop, and offering the Monsoon Palace as an option for those who want to see more.

The tour was excellent and well coordinated. They will contact you on WhatsApp beforehand and check in throughout the day to make sure everything is going seamlessly. Our chauffeur Mr Prakash was polite and accommodating. Our guide Mr Mahendra was knowledgeable and very understanding. He customized the trip according to our needs and time limitation. He has rich knowledge of the city and the ensured the tour was memorable for me and my mother. 10/10 definitely recommend!

We had a really nice day discovering Udaipur. Firoz ji was very knowledgeable about the city and the palace, and knew all the good picture spots. Kailash ji was very good about getting us around the city and places on time, despite traffic.

We had a great time seeing Udaipur with our driver Kailash and guide Firoj. Since we were there for a wedding, we only had one day, and they took us to see all the major sites of Udaipur while remaining flexible with the schedule when time didn’t permit. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the sites’ histories (had a masters in art history) and delivered the content in an entertaining way, with lots of jokes. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur!

We had a great time! Sunny (our driver) picked us up from our hotel, looked after our bags, and was always on time when we left different places. Our tour guide, Ricky, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and knew all the great spots to go to. We booked a private trip to have the flexibility to modify rather than going with a big group. Unfortunately the tour was not accommodating to that. We paid extra for the tour guide. He was very knowledgeable but only stayed with us through the city palace and left us right after to go to other tours. We paid extra for everything that we knew but the boat had a 2 hour waiting line. The vintage car place has pretty bad reviews so we needed up skipping most of the things and went on our own. We only used the driver to pick us up and drop us back to the hotel.

My friends and I booked this last minute, literally an hour before and the company was so accommodating! Great communication and very organized. The tour guide was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and funny. He made the tour of the city and palace very entertaining, he also pointed out so many things that we would have missed. It was also great to customize the tour, we saw everything we wanted to see with our last day in Udaipur — the palace, boat ride, we even got to ride camels and see the spice market!! The driver was also very kind, respectful, and accommodating. He was also a very calm and a safe driver. My friends and I loved every part of the tour — the driver was also great. I DEFINITELY recommend!!

Mr. Abijit and Mr. Uday were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Everything was well organized, the car was well maintained, and both of them were very courteous. My family had a great experience with our tour guide, Mr. Vishal. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and tailored the experience to our interests and requests. The tour was very well organized and conducted. Mr. Bittu contacted us well in advance, gave us the necessary details about the car, driver and guide. The pick up in the morning by Mr Kailash-ji was prompt. Our guide, Mitesh, did a great job of showing us the city palace, Saheliyon ki bari, Jagdish mandir and then took us for lunch to “1559” a lovely restaurant in a British bungalow. All in all, very well done. Kudos to the team. Highly recommended.
