Excellent day trip experience!

We had a wonderful time during this day trip. Our driver Mukesh was punctual and very friendly. Kumbhalgarh and the Ranakpur Jain Temple are sites to behold and definitely not to be missed. Our guide at Kumbhalgarh, Arjun, was also very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions, letting us take our time around the fort. Guides are not allowed at the Jain Temple, so we recommend taking the audio tour to get a full appreciation for the temple history. I’d highly recommend this day trip if you’re spending time in Udaipur.

A great day in the hills around Udaipur

A lovely day out into the countryside and hills surrounding Udaipur. Prakash our driver was a star carefully navigating the narrow hill roads. The visit to the fort needs good fitness to climb the steep paths and stairs. Also ask the tour organisers in advance about dress restrictions for the Jain temple.

Our driver was brilliant and really informative. Although a long journey he made sure we were comfortable and had water throughout the whole day. Lunch was provided which we were given choices for. Really enjoyed the day.

Very good driver and guide, full day out and good value. Clear instructions for pick up. One minor point - the website states lunch is included. What that means is there will be a stop for lunch, not that the cost of lunch is included in the fee. Was not a problem and the place chosen by the driver was very good, but potentially a bit misleading.

Not only was he an expert on the local routes, but he also shared fascinating personal insights about the city's rich history, culture, and traditions. His deep knowledge of Udaipur made the journey feel more like a personal tour, and we left with a much greater appreciation for the region. Highly recommend!

Wonderful day tour of Kumbalgarh and Ranakpur Jain temple

The tour was very well organized. Kailash-ji picked us up promptly on time in the morning. After about a 2 hour drive, we reached Kumbalgarh and met Mr. Arjun Singh, who walked us around the historic attractions of the fort and added insightful commentary. Next we drove to Ranakpur where we spent time exploring the amazing Jain temple there. All in all, highly recommended.
