Our driver was early and waited for a couple stragglers without any issues. He drove us promptly to the airport and helped us with our luggage. Smooth and safe driving.

We booked this transfer from the Cancun airport to tulum. The day of, they communicated very well and gave us a meeting place in the airport where pretty much all the transfers picked up.
However, once we got to the meeting place, whoever we were messaging with stopped responding to our messages. After about 15 minutes of waiting for a response from our driver and not seeing anybody, we went over to the E-transfers storefront that they had. There was one other group had this same situation happen to them.
After showing the person working there our booking ID (which is different from the booking ID on Viator), we waited about 30 minutes before they directed us to a taxi cab. Once at the cab, they needed to take photos of my passport, which is something I wasn’t fully expecting and was off putting given the situation. After doing so, we finally headed out from the airport.
Our driver was very nice and got us there safe and sound. However, I was on very high alert given the situation that we were in.

At the airport there are certain areas with bad signal. And about the passport photo is to have evidence of who took the transportation since the name on your reservation was different, an apology because they should have explained the reasons for the passport photo. We hope you give us a second chance on your next arrival at Cancun airport.

Viator was great picking us up and taking us to our destination in Mexico. Unfortunately we had a death in the family the second Day we were there and had to fly back early and took a cab to the airport. Viator refunded our unused portion. This goes to show what a ethical and truly good company they are. Thank you and I we will be using your services again.

Waited over an hour at airport after checking in for a driver. They take people who don’t have reservations at an increased price before getting to people who booked in advance. It was cheaper but it depends on what your time is worth to you. Had I known I would have likely paid the $50 or so usd to get an immediate ride.

The only positive was the driver Christian. They were not waiting at airport when we arrived had to wait 15 minutes. The van was filthy dirty inside and out. Already booked round trip and paid otherwise I would cancel departure pick-up.

I booked with this same company 2 years ago when I visited Tulum. Absolutely easy and smooth process both teams. I’ve booked multiple services through Viator and this company has had the best communication so far. Have to navigate your way from a long flight into a lively city almost 2 hours away can be stressful especially with the way they drive down here and all the construction. This company makes the transition smooth and seamless. They can even make a pit stop at a convenience store so you can get snacks and water. They even make sure to stop somewhere with an ATM so you can exchange currency which is very important because they exchange rate is way better in town than in the airport as we all know. I will definitely book with them again for my 3rd visit!

This is a scam. They will sell you a private transfer to your resort and it is not. They told us this story about not having enough vans, we could ride with other people, or we would have to wait longer. So, we agreed to ride with another group. However the other group didn’t agree. So what did they do? They took the other group that wasn’t willing to share and took

Our driver was extremely rude and confined to laugh at us when we tried to help him by responding in Spanish. He laughed at us multiple times and it was an overall very uncomfortable experience.

Victor airport pick up service from Cancon to Tulum with etransfer was great and the crew were very friendly and polite. I would recommend their services to everyone who need airport pick up and transfer to Tulum.

Fantastic experience with this company. Driver was early, helpful and courteous. He provided assistance with loaded and unloading luggage. There were complimentary waters provided as well. Would book again hands down.

We had a very smooth pickup from the airport to our airbnb in Tulum! On the return trip, I think there was a mixup since the driver was only expecting 4 of us even though I'd edited my trip to have 6 people. However, we made it to the airport smoothly. The vans were a bit dirty and musty.

We waited at the airport for over an hour after collecting our bags (which also took the better part of an hour to come out) and had trouble getting information on what the status of our ride was. We followed the instructions and asked at the kiosk at least 2 times about what was going on and they just kept telling us to wait. We provided our flight information when booking so that our flight could be tracked so that the ride would be there when we got to the airport but it seems we were forgotten about so they had to figure it out once we were waiting outside. Had to download Whatsapp to communicate with them which was not efficient ad we did not receive any updates about the delay until we asked to which we were told there is traffic. Because we were driving 2 hours from the airport, I did not feel comfortable catching a cab otherwise I would have bailed after the first hour of waiting. Back end was fine but overall this service was lacking in preparedness and communication when delays arose.

After booking private transport from Cancun to Tulum, we were sent a confirmation saying that someone would be waiting for us at the airport to take us to the hotel. Our flight was delayed, so we kept them informed from before we took off and then let them know when we landed, as they requested. It was around midnight when we got out of customs. No one was waiting for us and they soon stopped responding to our texts. We ended up waiting 40 minutes alone outside of the airport, not knowing what was going on. Eventually, someone responded saying that we only purchase an “economy” product, so we should expect to wait 30 mins to over an hour. Nothing in our purchase indicated this and it was only about $10 cheaper than the private transport our hotel would have arranged. Even if we did purchase such a product (which we would never willingly choose to wait over an hour for transport late at night), this is horrible customer service. Eventually, around 1am someone arrived and put us in a shuttle with other people, despite our purchase of private transportation.

The service that was provided was nothing like what was promised. i paid in advance for a private car and ended up sharing a ride with two other families. The driver had none of the relevant information and ended up picking me up more than an hour late. the driver also had no knowledge of the area we were going to and relied on me to navigate in a place we’ve never been before. This was almost a disaster.

The driver told us to meet them at a certain location. When we got there, there was no one to meet us. I approached the counter and then had to wait about 15 min for someone to get us. Then, i had to help gps to tulum, sven though i sent them the address before hand. The driver was good and got us there fast but for something so expensive, it should have been more professional.

We used Etransfers for our roundtrip tickets from the airport to Tulum. They were very helpful in getting us to our destination safely. Even though we were an hour early for our ride, they were able to accommodate us. Make sure that once you get off the plane, you head directly outside where they are waiting. Other vendors will try to stop you to try and get you to sign up for excursions and timeshares. Don't do it! Just head on outside. We will definitely use them again on our next trip
