**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

- Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
- Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
- Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.

This was a fantastic way for me and my friend to get a ride to Tulum from the Cancun airport. Our driver was amazing, he picked us up right on time and made our drive as easy and relaxing as he could. I was very impressed with his ability to navigate through the narrow streets of Tulum! I would recommend this service to anyone traveling to and from Tulum!

Do not expect them to be waiting for you when you arrive or talk amongst each other. Even after confirming twice I was told upon arrival to wait longer and had 3 different people reach out to me rudely trying to complete the pickup.

The experience I had with this company was poor. I received confirmation for only one of my pick ups and when I read it, it had the incorrect pickup time. I called to correct it and no one answered. So I had to go through Viator to send a correction email. On the day of, the ride never arrived as the driver was sent to Cancun instead of Tulum. Since the first group missed their flight because of this, I called the company back to confirm they had the correct address and pickup time for the second group. Again they did not answer. Viator assured me the pickup address and time were correct. As the pickup time approached, I called the company to ask if they were on the way and they did not answer. I called Viator for assistance, they were also unable to get in contact with the company. So I had to cancel the second reservation and call a local taxi so that the second group didn’t also miss their flights. The company never called me to confirm pick up time/location or to tell me they were arriving. All communication went through Viator via email. I personally would not recommend this service.

I am beyond disappointed. I booked a round trip travel to and from Cancun airport to tulum spent over 300 usd. We were never contacted about our ride back to the airport I reached out several times to no answer or even an e-mail the company just took
My payment and didn’t follow through on half of the service. I’m now in a cab spending an additional 118.00 usd to make it to the airport. Still the company has not reached back out to me . I also
Booked a tour with them while on vacation they left me waiting In The lobby for 2 hours to notify me there was an issue with the transportation. Didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience and now this morning they never showed up to drive us to the airport. I will never book with this company again and I will like to be refunded for this entire disaster.

Taxi cancelled just as we landed in Cancun!! Driver blanked my calls then the main office also blanked my calls. We had paid for it upfront and were due to be taken to Tulum. Abandoned at the airport with our money and no word from them at all. Do not book, do not risk being in the position we were in. Ruined the start of our holiday, it was not calming or relaxing in the slightest. We had to pay a fortune (£300) to get a one way taxi to Tulum last minute. So disappointed and let down. Do not recommend in the slightest !!!

Highly recommend this service. The company communicates well, and the driver arrived 10mins before my scheduled pickup time. Seamless and professional experience, and felt very safe as a solo female traveller.
Two tips here:
1) the standard pickup time seems to be 3hr before your flight takes off/ 2.5hrs before boarding As the drive takes 90min+ (depending on traffic), it only leaves you about about 1hr at the airport for security and baggage drop. Lines can be long at Cancun airport, so I recommend asking for an extra hour earlier pickup time.
2) the driver will directly ask you for a tip at the end. I sadly had no more cash (my fault entirely) and couldn't tip via Venmo-- so be sure to have some cash at the end.
Overall, would recommend this transfer service.

They never showed up and Viator never refunded me. This is a scam, do not book!! I called Viator several times and stayed at the airport for almost an hour waiting for them. I ended up paying for another private transfer to Tulum.

They did not show up for the pick up, we had confirmed with the vendor the night before on a pick up time. We waited 45 mins after the schedule pick up time. And still no one was there. This was a horrible experience, especially trying not to miss our flight back home.

Upon reviewing, indeed, the pickup time was confirmed and scheduled one day before the service since being a short notice booking we like assuring the details with our customers.
Unfortunately, on the way to your service, the driver encountered with some heavy traffic due to the main road closure. He tried to find alternate ways to get to your pickup point, however it was taking additional time.
Even though traffic is something unpredictable sometimes, specially when it comes to government instructions, a full refund was processed immediately for your service for you to arrive to the airport on time.
