Late & no one in airport when we arrived!

No one was there to receive us when we arrived or notified us that there would be a thirty minute delay before someone showed up. We could have taken a taxi for half the price and not waited. No real apologies from the company; just excuses. We had been in touch via WhatsApp for 24 hours before our flight so a simple message notifying us of their delay would have helped a lot.
