Dropped off at wrong location

My driver was very nice and easy to communicate with prior to my trip, but dropped me off at the wrong terminal. As a woman traveling alone, I paid extra money for this ride service in order to avoid situations like this. The company did not take accountability for their mistake, so I feel the need to write this review to warn others. I requested to be dropped off at terminal 3, but the driver told me that my Airline (Aeroméxico) only uses terminal 4. I was told by airport employees that terminal 4 is only for domestic flights and all flights to the US leave out of terminal 3. Since I missed the terminal shuttle, I had no choice but to take a sketchy cab which charged me $50 usd. The terminals are in separate buildings so walking was not an option. When I reached out to the company to inform them of this, they told me it was my fault for providing the wrong flight information. When I sent screenshots confirming that information I provided them was correct and that the Aeroméxico flight left from terminal 3, they did not respond.

Hello, good morning. That's correct. As we mentioned in your message, the information you provided was incorrect. When making your reservation, you are responsible for entering your flight reference, which indicated Terminal 4. You also didn't contact us if you needed assistance changing terminals, as we have staff at all 5 airport terminals, and changing terminals wouldn't have been a problem Like when you contact us to request a change of date and we did it without any cost or penalty, because you requested it on March 12 and you made a mistake and it was for March 15.

Outstanding Service and Amazing Driver Ana

The car was spotless, neat, and comfortable. Our driver, Ana, was absolutely fantastic! She’s not only an excellent driver but also a wonderful person. We felt completely safe throughout the trip, thanks to her skilled and careful driving. We also used Luis's services on another day to travel from Tulum to Playa del Carmen, then to Akumal, and back. The pricing was very reasonable and far more affordable than other travel agencies. I highly recommend asking for Ana specifically—she’s a top-class driver and an incredibly sweet and kind individual. She was always on time, smiling, and ready to assist, making our experience even more enjoyable. When I return, I will definitely use their services again and will specifically request Ana. She’s a lovely person and made our trip truly memorable!

Our driver JC was very patient with us. We had a hiccup at checkout and it took longer than expected but JC was very patient and ensured us it wasn’t a problem. The drive to the airport was great. I would definitely ride with them again the next time we’re in Mexico!
