The last arrival will serve as the time and terminal for your group’s pick-up. The listing price includes pickup in one terminal. Additional stops in other terminals can be added for an extra fee. If part of the group wants to go to your destination right away, you will need to reserve more than one pickup. If you have any other special requests for your transportation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival. We used this company for both our arrival and departure from Tulum airport. The driver was on time, they communicated via text, and the vans were comforable. My only complaint is that the number of guests on the reservation did not match what the driver had on both occasions. We set up transport for friends who were arriving for our wedding and one couple was left behind. We provided names on the reservation; I am not sure if the driver had that information and his count was incorrect. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend this company.

The actual ride itself was amazing. I will say but me and my friend had the same issue. He used the days before and we had to contact support to get a hold of them to make sure they’re coming but all in all it was great service once we got it they send a link that tracks them either come in a nice van it’s very convenient. It’s just tracking them down. That was the hardest part.

They were two hours late. Buyer beware. Major waste of my time. I recommend just arriving at airport and make arrangements when you arrive. The only good thing is they say they will refund my money.

Transportation was very nice but the driver did not come inside to receive us. There are so many drivers there and we didn’t know who was there for us. Kept calling and texting the number but no one answered. Fortunately, another driver from another company helped us find our van and driver.

The worst possible experience. Our driver was not there, non responsive to online help and non responsive to direct calls (photo included).
We called Viator who then privately called Serendipity also with no response. Incredibly poor customer service and zero responsibility.
We were completely stranded at the airport and had to pay a premium with a provider on the ground. Pretty much the last thing you would want after a long day.
Our refund is pending. Absolutely do not use this company!

Viator was very impressive. We had a bit of a mixup with the drop off point upon leaving Tulum but it was rectified quickly and in the most professional manner. Drivers were polite and professional. The temperature in the SUV was perfect and the ride was smooth.

I booked a luxury SUV for taking me and my friends back to the airport. I was under the impression it would be just like the pictures, suburban SUV etc. then it turned into being a van because the SUV I booked was given to someone else at the same hotel as me. It says the service provides bottled water for the trip to back to the airport from Tulum to Cancun and was never offered water because there was never water bottles. It’s misleading and false advertising which I was pretty disappointed since this trip was expensive.

While you did book a luxury airport transfer, nowhere in the description does it specify or promise a Suburban. We have several cars in our luxury fleet that you can see in the Viator photo gallery, including a Suburban, Mercedes and Sprinter, all of which meet the highest quality standard for a luxury transfer. A Suburban was not available for the time of your service so you were provided in a luxury Mercedes V class van. We apologize we were not able to restock the water before your transfer and we will do better about that next time.
We take your feedback then and now seriously and have made adjustments to our listing so it is even more clear for anyone booking.
But we hope you recognize how impactful one review can be for a local business like ours and that you had reached out to us to resolve any remaining concerns before leaving a misleading review.
Our primary goal is to get your group to your destination safely, on time, and comfortably, which we did in a luxury car. We hope you’ll reconsider your rating and give us another chance on your next visit.
