    A great all day experience

Extremely fun and great price for the cenotes, ATVs, and food. An all day experience for friends, family, and you don't have to know how to swim.

Very nice. The tour guide was extremely helpful and kind as well. We had a great time jumping in the cenotes.

Perfect way to spend a morning!

I would 10/10 recommend this experience. My wife and I and 3 kids (10, 8, 6) enjoyed every minute of it. We arrived early (just after 9am) on a Thursday, and were placed in a group with 4 other people. When we were done, (11am) they were arranging multiple groups of 30-40 people, so I imagine this would begin to feel A LOT more crowded, especially if people stayed after their tours to continue to swim. I was confused by the messages through Viator of where to pick up vouchers, so just went straight to Casa Tortuga and it turns out they were able to scan the barcode right there and got us set up with wristbands. Check-in was very easy, the staff was helpful and efficient. We had very little wait time before we headed off on the adventure. The 4 Cenotes were beautiful and our tour guide (Hernesto) was fun and kind. He spoke both Spanish and English and explained every part very well. We swam through caves, jumped off ledges and swam with fish. A wonderful way to spend a morning. Things to note: - we brought our own towels (100 pesos for a locker) - lots of food choices at the end. We got hotdogs and hamburgers. At 160 pesos each we thought it was expensive…until they arrived and the burgers were large and loaded and came with fries. - come early and you may get a semi-private experience. Come later and you will likely be in a large group in small Cenotes. - photo packages cost more than the ticket price for the 5 of us. They were willing to negotiate but it was the most expensive part of the trip (photos were optional and they put very little pressure on purchasing, unless you approached the desk and asked. I’ve been to another excursion were they did a lot of pressure into purchasing, this was not the case here). Overall, a great morning adventure for almost any age!

    Must book!!!

Booked for our girls trip! We had the best time!! Most of the other bookings included transportation and we didn’t need it! And it allowed us to pick and choose which activities we wanted to do (Atv, zip lining, etc. for an upcharge of course) as everyone didn’t want to do zip lining or atvs. I recommend doing the private tour it’s like $7 more dollars but you don’t have to worry about the large groups! Carlos was our guide and he was very funny, patient, and kind!
