We joined the aurora tour on 10 Sept. Daniel is very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide. He gave us the aurora updates and brought us to chase the aurora all the way. We are very lucky just started autumn seasons we managed to see the dancing aurora.
Danielle is very friendly and professional. Due to extreme bad weather in Tromso , he managed to drive us to Finland and found a clear sky to watch the Green Lady. He kept us updated during the ride on the probability of seeing the aurora. He took picture for us and time lapse videos that we can download later. He is very thoughtful with plenty of fruits and muffins provided to his guests. He is really concerned about the safety of his guests. Instead of dropping us at the standard drop off points , he drove everyone back to their Airbnb which is greatly appreciated especially during a cold and rainy night which isn’t easy to get a taxi.
One of the guests had joined Danielle’s tour for 3 nights in a row, I am sure he is very happy with his service. I would highly recommend Flexitour .
Daniel was so so thoughtful and an amazing guide. He was so keen to give us the best experience and he did not fail. Whilst other tour operators were taking their guests home he checked the forecast and said we would be in for a great aurora. When it came it was amazing and we even stopped one last time and caught another set of dazzling and dancing lights.
Daniel was a great guide. So kind and welcoming, very accommodating. And the photos/videos were amazing and delivered the next day. 100% would recommend.
Danielle is a great light chaser! He selected the best location, best spot and waited for the best time to see the northern light. We were all amazed when we saw the dancing northern light with our own bear eyes!

Chasing the Northern Lights in Tromsø was a truly memorable experience for us.
Our guide, Daniel, was extremely experienced and knew exactly where to go to maximize our chances of seeing the aurora. His passion and knowledge never disappointed, as he took the time to explain the science behind the aurora throughout the journey. He truly went above and beyond.
Daniel also brought the group together with laughter and a fun, friendly atmosphere, making the trip even more enjoyable.
The hospitality provided by Flexitour exceeded our expectations. They even dropped us off right at our doorstep after the tour.
The tour package was excellent, including snacks, thermal outfits, and a warm wood fire that kept us comfortable throughout the night.

Be prepared for a long night especially if weather conditions are not optimal. Daniel tracked and found the multi colored lights chasing them through Norway and Finland. An exceptional experience by a truly professional guide. Daniel truly wanted his clients to have a wonderful experience on his tour and we did.

We had a wonderful experience. Our guide, Daniel was knowledgeable and kind. The northern lights were amazing and he took pictures and shared them all with us to download and keep. The snacks were great and the campfire was really fun. At the end of the tour, he dropped us off at our respective lodging places. We totally recommend this tour.

We lucked out and aurora came out within 30 minutes of beginning the tour. Daniel was an incredible guide, exceptionally positive and showed such hospitality. We went in a smaller minivan and prefer this more rsonal experience over a big bus chase. Daniel found a great spot with views of the fjord and mountains, and we all enjoyed the lights for nearly 4 hours with fire and snacks. Highly recommend!

This is my second time booking with FlexiTour, after how positive my experience was with Daniel the previous time. Luckily, this time I got Daniel again! (I think he is the only guide for this company.)
Once again, very very positive experience - he continued to be extremely dedicated to providing the best experience for all of us. While most of us are seeing the lights for the first time, it is very funny to see that he was still one of the most excited ones, and even after chasing the lights for a few hours. As always - dedicated - we were troubled by a cloudy night, but he drove us all the way out to nearby Finland just to get a clear view of the lights.
By this day (my second booking), I have already tried 3 companies for chasing the lights and I can safely say that this tour is already the best you can get (of course if your guide is Daniel!)

My guide, Daniel, was really fantastic and dedicated. I really respect him for handling the entirety of the tour group by himself - setting up cameras, setting up fires, distributing thermal suits, taking photos for us (and I assume he even did the processing of the photos and videos himself!), and even set up chairs and nice reindeer skins for us to sit on... He was extremely dedicated to providing the best service, and despite all the effort he does not shy away from changing locations time and again just to get the BEST view of the lights. And it's not for him - it's for all of us!! I am glad I put this as my second night of lights hunting, which gave me an opportunity to book with him again!

To begin with it is a minibus, it is excellent because we are a small group, second Daniel super attentive, explaining everything, trying to see the Northern Lights, we crossed border to Finland, and we arrived at a place without light, complete darkness, we managed to see a little the Northern Lights, but there was not much activity. We bought another tour with it because we loved the attitude, the tea and the chocolate very rich. He's got muffins, fruit and water on board.
