This was an absolute scam. I paid $100 USD for my ticket and they put me in seats that would have cost $37 had I booked them through Ticketmaster. I was all the way at the top against the wall of the upper deck. Section 528. Had I gone through Ticketmaster, my money would have bought me much better tickets. Truly disappointed.

Your tickets were secured at the live market rate at the time of your booking. Prices for this event dropped significantly closer to the date, and the lower amounts you saw on Ticketmaster were last‑minute rates that were not available when your order was placed.
When you raised this concern through Viator before the event, we offered a full resolution, including the option to return the tickets for a refund. As the event has now passed and we didn’t receive a response or a ticket return, we were unable to complete that process.
We understand how frustrating dynamic pricing can feel, and we’re always here to help when customers reach back out.
