Accessibility & Traveler Guidelines: Infants & Young children must sit on laps during the journey, and the tour is stroller accessible, making it family-friendly. Conveniently located near public transit stops, the tour is easily reachable. However, it is not wheelchair accessible—guests with mobility concerns should contact us in advance for possible accommodations. Most travelers can comfortably participate in this experience.

Age & Safety Requirements: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers can participate if under 24 weeks by the tour’s end.

Tickets, Pricing & Refund Policies: City passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction ticket prices are subject to change and are non-refundable. All prices listed are in USD and include tax; if paying in CAD, a 5% GST will be added.

Booster Seat Policy for Children: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat to participate. Guests are responsible for providing the booster seat and any fines for violations. Bus Travel Exception: Booster seats are not required when traveling by bus on the tour day.

Leaving the Group Early: If you plan to leave the group before the tour ends, please inform the guide and sign a departure form. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
