Don’t book through Viator. That’s the most important lesson. The ‘barcode’ we were given that was supposed to be used at the event, to then receive a QR code, did not work at all. The venue would not accept any of the things I showed them that were from Viator. It was a complete waste of money, including the $50 cab ride to get there.

To clarify, as stated in the product description, the barcode voucher is only an initial confirmation and is not valid for entry. The official museum ticket (PDF format), along with a direct access link and full instructions, was sent to your email on March 23rd, ahead of your scheduled visit on April 7th. In most cases, access issues occur when the original ticket email is missed or not accessed at the time of entry. We kindly recommend checking your inbox, including spam or junk folders, where the ticket should still be available, or your message box in Viator. All customers use the same process as outlined in the product description, and the system functions consistently when the correct ticket is presented. Thank you for your understanding.

Immerse Yourself in Art

This was such a cool immersive experience unlike any museum I've ever been to. I ended up wandering around for about 3 hours. All of the exhibits were amazing, but I particularly liked the Water and Forest areas. For the water exhibits, you go thru without your shoes and have to roll your pants up, so plan accordingly. In the forest area, I tapped into my inner child and did some really fun activities. I don't want to spoil any of it for anyone, but trust me when I say you need to go check this place out. There were a lot of people there, but it very rarely felt crowded. I got some amazing photos and videos too.

The experience was amazing!!! The only downside of this activity was having a ticket number and having to reach out to Viator for the QR code. The workers will not allow you into the facility without one.

Over-hyped, derivative and not worth the money. Suitable only for young children as it’s little more than a play facility. The ‘Garden’ consisted of dead flowers suspended on wires - a real oxymoron!

Be a Kid Again

You will need to remove socks and shoes. You will get your feet and shins wet, wear clothing you can roll up to your knees. Many surfaces are uneven so balance and mobility are a must. It felt like it was more suited to children than adults.

Auf Fotos und Videos wirkt alles viel schöner und intensiver als in Realität. Die Reservierte Zeit für den Beginn wurde von 9 auf 9.30 Uhr verlegt obwohl sich die Öffnungszeit nicht geändert hatte.
