Guide didn't show!

The tour guide didn't show up. We arrived at the designated meeting spot 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the tour. We waited 15 minutes after the tour start time and no guide showed up. We contacted the tour operator directly with no response on text and phone call. We weren't able to gain access to the tour site because the tickets don't work don't they are through Viator. It's best to go directly through Quinta da Regaleira because tickets are just 15 Euro. Don't waste your time with this tour and company! I will be seeking a full refund though my credit card company to get my money back for the no-show service.
