    I booked this tour while on a cruise looking at the hours listed thinking I would get an early tour. The operator messaged me with a time after I booked that wouldn’t work because I would miss my ship. They would not refund me my $300. I’m now suing.

    Regarding the complaint, I completely understand your frustration. However, the booking was made on Wednesday, August 28th, at 5:19 PM, and within two hours, I promptly reached out to you via direct message to confirm the booking and provide the exact start time of the tour. I even offered an alternative time, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Then, on the morning of the tour—Friday the 30th—at exactly 9:04 AM, I received an email from Viator stating, "Our mutual customer would like to start the tour at 10:30 AM." I immediately contacted you directly to explain that a 10:30 AM start wasn’t possible due to other scheduled commitments. You then informed me that you would cancel the tour because the proposed times didn’t work for your schedule. While I sympathize with your situation, it seems that the booking was made in haste, without checking the details or start times beforehand, or even reaching out to me. Had I heard within 24 or even 12 hours before the tour, I would have been happy to discuss a possible refund. However, on the day of the tour itself, with all the restaurant reservations and arrangements already in place, neither me or Viator were able to offer a refund. im sure Viator will love to be sue from you.😊
