That was cool! I will go next time I am in Cefalù! Our adventure started at the harbor and the view from the water at the monuments was beautiful, after a while we stopped for snorkeling and even found a sea urchin. Very beautiful!!! The water is clear and warm Then there were cocktails on the way to the second spot and a sunbathing spot up top. The third place we snorkeled near the beach and ate fruit! Anyway, I didn't regret going.

Very unorganized, not interactive, bad music, not as advertised Not enough prosecco, scuba, no reefs, just a spot.

The trip did not go ahead. However, no one bother to send us a text and let us know that the boat trip would not go ahead due to the waves. So we made our way to the meeting point, and we been told (after 20 min wait) that the trip won’t go ahead, after asking people around, not sure those people were the staff of the boat trip provider. Ok, we understand, but how difficult was to send us a text in the morning, we were on holiday and certainly did not want to waist our precious time, which we did. The trip was pre paid, I send a polite text without complaining and mentioning that we were not informed about cancellation due to the waves. I received a text message saying they will process the refund. No refund yet, sent another text no reply. I do not leave bad reviews as I believe everyone makes mistakes, but this is waisting our time even more, as now we have to make a claim and try to get our money back.

Madam, you have to ask Viator for your money where you booked, they don't have us and the sea was rough, these are conditions that we can't predict. I apologize for the inconvenience but it's not our fault, but nature didn't let us go out. We only go in suitable sea conditions, we don't go to sea in bad conditions. I'm sorry, we can't warn you when sudden storms occur. Thank you.

Was a scam, did not get what we paid for. At first we were told that there was not room for us on the boat, and then we were told we could get a boat tour 4,5 hours later. Then the new boat was filled with too many people, not room for us to sit in the boat, we did not get drinks or the fruit that we paid for. Would not recommend booking this.

Cefalu boat ride - a little disappointing

Weather was fabulous and the boat was fine with shade. The driver had no English, so didn’t point out any sights. He drove to 3 areas for a swim. Unfortunately, there was just a basic ladder unfolded off the back of the boat with no handrails making it very hard (for someone unable to jump into the water) to enter or exit the sea. I was one of 2 people unable to get in for a swim at all, as I wouldn’t have been able to pull myself up into the boat. Other younger people found it easier to do but would have preferred there to be up a ladder ‘with a handrail’. There was beer, prosecco and soft drinks but the fruit was ‘hacked’ up on board, melon and oranges on a bread board, and that was it!! It was expensive and a little disappointing for what was offered.

Abruptly cancelled and no refund

Boat tour cancelled when we arrived due to weather without any prior notice, only just told after travelling when we turned up. It's now been 6 days and STILL NO refund?? Do not recommend.

Things out of Giovanni’s control: Overcast, nothing really great to see bc it’s the Med, choppy waves. In his control: letting us know where life vests are, chatting with friends in a visiting boat so we had to rush back, too many people on the boat, and where’s the shallow water in the picture?? Very nice person but trip was meh. Melon and drinks were good!
