This experience was our entire family’s FAVORITE day in Italy! Freddie and Giuseppe were AMAZING captains and excellent with our kids (9 and 7)! They were attentive, knowledgeable, and SO MUCH FUN! The drinks, light snacks and music on board were perfect! I’d absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone—10/10!

Let’s face it — we’ve ALL been on boats in Europe before (though, if it’s your first time, you’re in for a treat).
I think this experience with Freddie and Giovanni is my favorite across trips in Italy, Greece, Croatia, the US, etc. And all this in spite of my being a solo traveler.
Freddie and Giovanni are master hosts — they bring the energy, the good vibes, and know how to strike the right balance with each group of guests. They facilitate, entertain, and ply you with food and drink. And they have a killer playlist.
The boat itself is comfortable, goes wicked fast, and seems to compare favorably to everything else I’ve seen in the harbor.
The course this experience charts feels curated and meaningful, and that’s maybe what sets it apart from others. By the end, I felt like I’d seen every spot around Palermo actually worth seeing — and we never felt rushed in the process.

The captain and his first mate made the experience. They were great. The sites they took us to were beautiful. The boat was the perfect size for our party of 9. Apertivo was served and music played. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Such a good trip out, the skippers (Freddie & Giuseppe) were great company, we had loads of swimming opportunities, drinks and snacks were flowing and the skippers pumped out Boomin RIDDAMS throughout the day. Best day of our trip hands down

We had a really fun time on our boat day. We were a little surprised when we arrived and there were other people joining us when it was advertised as a private boat tour. However, Giuseppe and Francesco were excellent hosts making everyone feel welcomed by offering snack, aperitifs, and other refreshments. The boat itself was large enough to comfortably seat 6 passengers plus the guides. All in all it was an excellent experience, and definitely worth going on!

I struggled to rate this tour. The captain and skipper were 5/5 and the tour was lovely. However, it was what happened before the tour that made me rate it less than 5/5. We were supposed to go 3-7 PM the day before but they asked us to move it from Wednesday to Thursday due to the weather. Which was totally fine. When we arrived on Thursday, there were another couple on the boat. I asked why they were there because I booked a private tour? They said no I didn't. So I brought up the booking that says private. They then said well that is the sunset tour. I said I know but you asked me to reschedule because of the weather, so I would not have agreed to this one if I knew it was not private. They then spoke in Italian to each other, which my husband understood, and they were discussing what to do. They then offered us 150 euros back because they did not have another time slot to take us private. It all ended up working out well, but I booked the private tour for a reason and was upset that we did not get that. Again, the captain and skipper were lovely. So I would say that the only thing I would check is that it is PRIVATE when you book it if they try to move you slots.

The meeting point was difficult to find and using different map apps would put you in different places, walking around in circles as a result. I tried to contact the tour operator through the app and did not get a response. Eventually, my husband was able to get someone on the phone who met us and took us to the correct dock. We were able to book this the day before but were unable to get an English speaking guide, so the last minute booking, may have been part of the problem with getting an English speaking guide. Otherwise, the boat tour was for the full 4 hours and absolutely breathtaking.
