The highlight of any cooking class is always the bonding that occurs while eating a community meal around a large table. However, this entire class was a pleasure! We enjoyed a warm welcome from our hosts, had outstanding instruction on the preparation of the dumpling dough and stuffing, and shared a lot of laughs throughout. We had a lot of fun, and highly recommend the experience!

Amazing experience with Damiano and his companion. They showed us how to do traditional Sardinian pasta and it tasted delicious - especially the ones with tomato sauce. The only thing to critizise would be that everyone creates their own filling „seasoned as you like it“ - only for all the pasta to be mixed and served to everybody. Especially for people who don‘t like cheese as much, this leaves a little dent in the otherwise flawless lunch. Still, I would recommend the class anytime.

Damiano Hosted this class and we were warmly welcomed into his home. We made pasta with his patience and tips. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and recommend this class. Afterwards we ate together as a group, experiencing local cheeses, wine, our group cooked pasta dishes and finished with a digestive made with local berries. We had a very lovely group of people of mixed ages, so just try this lovely experience.

My family and I had a wonderful experience making fresh Culurgiones in Cagliari! From the moment you enter, Damiano is extremely welcoming, as the session takes place within his home. He was extremely patient, as we initially weren't the best, but we very quickly got the hang of it. We shared a meal with delicious local wine and truly felt like a local to the island. An incredible experience we will never forget!

It is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to make pasta and so much about the Italian eating experience. Damian is amazing. He provides detailed instruction, gives each participant specific feedback on how to improve their skills. He is immensely informative. Not only is the pasta amazing, his sauces are delicious.

Spent a lovely 3 hours with the host, an Italian gentleman called Damiano and two American cruise tourists. Who knew home made and filled pasta served with nothing more than a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmiagiano reggiano could taste so delicious. A hands on experience, not to be missed when in Cagliari.

This was a group tour with strangers and ended up being a lot of fun and camaraderie. The hosts were great, and we had some tapas and wine and made two different pastas from scratch, a potato gnocchi and a potato ravioli. It was a great way to spend the day and we enjoyed the walk from the port!

This was an incredible experience with Claudio. He was so welcoming. He explained every part of the process and helped us all if we were not getting it right the first time. He, his sister and a friend made the experience amazing. We made the "dumpling" and the stuffing (potatoes, cheese, garlic and seasonings), had apps, wine and great conversations with the whole group of 10 us! 10/10

This was an awesome experience! Claudio and Mateo were terrific hosts. Their kitchen and workspace was clean and well-appointed, and the raw ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Claudio’s instruction was helpful and hands-on; he has a great sense of humor and made the class very enjoyable. And the pasta came out delicious! We highly, highly recommend this experience.

Amazing culinary experience in Cagliari under the guidance of Damiano and Marcus. They were so kind and friendly, giving us lots of tips and had so much patience teaching us how to wrap culurgiones and what fillings and sauces would best go with them. Loved every minute of it! We even took some of our own ‘home made’ pasta to the next hotel (coolbox in the car) and cooked it in our own portable waterboiler. Tasted great thanks to Damiano’s recipe ( a bit minty maybe…).

The cooking class was great fun ~ Damiano was very personable and we all chatted comfortably as we prepared the culurgiones. He had done a fair amount of prep so that we could do the fun part of making the pasta and filling and trying out a variety of techniques and styles. A bonus was the gelateria recommendation for after lunch [as if we hadn’t had enough to eat :-) ]…
