They did not show up. We called Viator who finally connected us but waited on the phone in this courtyard for an hour. They only spoke Italian and we speak English, could not have understood the class. Have been promised a refund and still waiting.

Poor experience with wrong service

No one spoke English , even though it was advertised and we specifically requested it. The service was really poor, we had to ask 5-7 times to get at least a glass of water while working in the 26 degrees. We felt like we were workers and not participants in a fun event. We were forced to create the small pasta pieces from 2 kg of dough which took 2 hours, so everyone was super hungry already. Even during the dinner we got only water, coke and a jar of house red wine. The dinner was nothing special.

Dear Erika, We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy this cooking experience. The aim of this cooking lesson is to learn how to make traditional pasta, that's why each participant get involved in preparing the dinner together. To be precise, it's not a restaurant with full beverage service.

Vorrei valutare l’esperienza ma purtroppo non l’abbiamo potuta fare. I biglietti mi sono arrivati normalmente dopo il pagamento, ma la posizione allegata mi dava un punto qualsiasi di Lanusei e quando ho cercato di contattare il tour operator per sapere dove andare di preciso non mi ha risposto nessuno. Ho trovato poi una posizione ancora diversa nel pdf del biglietto che però portava a una casa privata in mezzo al nulla. Parlando con il proprietario ci ha detto che non era la prima volta che qualcuno arrivava a casa sua cercando questo corso. Visto che dopo ore non mi aveva ancora risposto nessuno sono stata costretta a tornare a casa senza aver fatto ciò per cui avevo pagato. Ho chiesto il rimborso

Eintauchen in eine sardische Familie

Hier wird man für einige Stunden Teil einer sardischen Familie. Von der Nonna bis zur jungen Tochter helfen alle mit beim Pasta machen. Wer einen Profi-Kurs sucht oder ein Problem damit hat, dass niemand englisch spricht, der ist hier falsch. Wer authentisch kochen lernen und essen möchte, der wird hier viel Freude haben. Mit liebevoller Strenge lehrt einen die Nonna das richtige Formen der Pasta und man bekommt super Rezepte für zu Hause. Das Highlight ist natürlich das Verkosten am Ende. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend und empfehlen Federica und ihre Familie aus vollem Herzen weiter.
