If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you one to two hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If in a wheelchair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill for an additional $2. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us, and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. If your ship is dock on the Town Center Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate #1 look across the street for Roatan Anderson Tours sign a representative will be there waiting for you one to two hours after ships arrival. If you make friends on board or have any family member and they are not booked with us but want to tag along that is not a problem, we will accommodate them with you. Once outside and having trouble locating us just feel free to ask any the security guard or any other local tour associate for Shervin Hamilton.

Great experience! The guides were fun and friendly. Recommend wearing good shorts as the harnesses can ride and rub your inner thigh. Our driver, Leonard was amazing. Leonard picked us up from the hotel office and was very friendly and even gave us a short mini tour. Snorkeling in Roatan is amazing! Such clear, visible water. Definitely recommend!

Ziplining was awesome with Anthony and his crew. Bridgette was and excellent and informative guide. Very sweet.
This was amazinggggg!! Please wear something you don’t mind getting dirty because the rust from the zip lines will drip into your clothes and stain them. The snorkeling was lovely, and we seen tonsss of fish. The animal experience was fun, and very intimate having a personal guide with us walking through.
We arrived to the pickup point but there wasn't a company name on our information. So we had to ask multiple people till we found the person who had our names.
Once we found the guide we then had to walk about 5 mins to their office. To then get our wristband and stand around waiting as no one explained what we were doing. We waited a good ten minutes. Till one of the staff asked what we were doing as she had no care in the world just watching her phone. We explained that no one had told us what we were doing next. She let a huge sigh and walked us to where we need to go.
The guys at the zip lining were fast and efficient. They got us geared up and put use on the truck up the mountain. Once up the mountain. They explained everything and off we went. The zip lining and crew that took us were amazing. They did amazing tricks and gave us great encouragement. This was the best part of the whole tour! I can't say enough good things about them.
The eco park was interesting. I felt like the monkeys and parrots. We're in rough condition and they didn't have any toys for stimulation. They guide also acttes like he was going to hit the monkeys if they didn't do what he wanted them to do. We were supposed to see sloths but were told one was in the hospital and the other wouldn't come down from the tree. Another person on our tour was told a completely different story. So who know what's wrong with the sloths.
We did go snorkeling after all that and it was a great sight and we saw a lot of fish, stingrays, and coral. We also saw a sea turtle when driving to the sight. I will say I wasn't impressed with our guide. I had mask issues and he would have cared less. He kept tell me to press down on the mask so I wouldn't get water in it. That didn't work and the problem was never resolved. I guess thank God the snorkeling was only a half hour at most.
Over all I would say don't have crazy high expectations. However the zip lining was well worth it and so much fun!
Amazing!!! A must do with the family. I had a 2 year old that did all the activities.

This experience was excellent! It was well-run, very safe and definitely a great memory. Some small notes: They usually have a big group of people zip-lining, so there was some waiting that could have run a little bit smoother. Other times, it was so quick! The other note was that we did have to wait 30-45 minutes to go snorkeling since there was another group out when we got to the beach. We were only told twenty minutes so this was a little frustrating because I think we would have gotten a drink or done something to fill up the time, rather than just sitting and waiting at a table. But the drive over to the snorkeling location was beautiful and provided a nice tour of the island! We also liked the chocolate shop, but it was only a five minute demonstration, not a whole factory. We did get delicious chocolate popsicles so that was nice!
10/10 experience, ziplining was soo much fun and the staff is very playful and lighthearted. Snorkling was at a gorgeous location and we were able to see coral reef and so many fish. Also we're able to hold the monkeys and the birds and took photos with sloths. Prince, Davids, Luis and Freddy were all amazing. Definitely recommend.
the amount of time wasted waiting around for a bus or boat to arrive is not acceptable. we did not snorkel due to time constraints.
we ended up taking cab ourselves due to poor timing. i would proceed cautiously.

Sr you waited for 20 minutes at the zip lineat the beach you waited for 15 tell the boat got in with other guest you cancel because you was unpatient everyone else get on and did their tour snorkel and you saw that i have all on record for the this same type of situation we do our bestto make sure our guest enjoy thier self thats why they keep coming back with us but me and my holle team are sorry and hope you enjoy the rest of your cruise.
Oh my god. This whole day was the best day ever. The zip lining was unreal. The staff was so helpful and fun. Having monkeys jump and climb all over you was the coolest thing ever.
Then the snorkeling was so friggin cool. We got to relax at the beach after and then check out the chocolate tasting on the way back. Every tour guide was amazing. David our host was so accommodating.
Hands down, our favorite cruise excursion! The tour guides and zipline crew made sure we had an unforgettable experience. Our boys and family friends even got to do tricks on the ziplines! We held all the animals we wanted, stopped for a delicious chocolate tasting, and our snorkeling guide took us to an incredible spot where we saw colorful fish and beautiful coral. It was an adventure we’ll never forget!
Once in a life time for these two old farts! It was our 55Anniversary bash with family and friends and it was great !!!!
This tour was SO fun and the guides were wonderful!! One thing we didn't realize was that the zip line experience was 16, yes 16 zip lines. It took a long time to do, but we enjoyed it so much, I would definitely do it again! It was wonderful to see everyone from those who were pretty brave from the beginning to the timid and scared gain in confidence was they went. The men manning the experience are strong and very good at directions; as long as you listen to them and do what they say, you will be fine. I am over 60 years old and was doing flips off the deck! Also others I had never met became like family as we encountered and cheered each other on. Just marvelous. And my friend who is less mobile and was scared at the beginning had a blast!
One piece of advice: you can't really carry anything with you or you may lose it, but you can leave your things at the reception and they are trustworthy.
Do ask them to get you a bottle of water if you find you need one; it was very hot and humid, and I started becoming dehydrated, but they noticed and zip lined water to me!! 😁
We decided to skip the wildlife sanctuary as we wanted to have plenty of time to snorkel, so one of the guides took us there right after the zip lining. We were on a boat by ourselves apart from the boat driver and REALLY enjoyed the experience!!
After a walk from the cruise ship, we met our guide who kept us on schedule while we zip line, visited the animal park and then made our way to the beach to go snorkeling. We had some extra time so he was able to take us to the chocolate factory as well. We had a wonderful day and we appreciate all the great help from all the employees at Anderson tours… Highly recommended!
Our favorite adventure of our cruise. We all loved every minute of it!!! Zip lining was a blast, holding the monkeys was a once in a lifetime for us and snorkeling at the reef was amazing!!
This was a great choice for me and my family, it provided something for everyone. The tour guide William was truly amazing and was a joy to have as a guide. Amazing tour!
This trip was fun but way too crowded. waiting in lines a long time. also, 4 different guides all asking for a tip... zipline guide, car driver, boat driver and tour guide. also... skip touristy stops, like chocolate factory and rum tasting (they were way overcrowded and overpriced)

Am sorry you had to wait a bit and i do apologies for that but sometime when its 4 or 5 ship in port its a bit hard to move evryone at the same timeand about the tips its not obligated doesnt matte how many guide attend you in different area if you like you can leave some for them if not you dont have too its on you if you want to tip them
We did this combo excursion, and we had a great time. The ziplining we had done before and we loved it, so we had to do it again. The snorkeling was great, even though a bit short (30 min). The water is so clear and beautiful, we saw a plethora of fish. I personally was not a fan of the boat, but we made it back safely. I did request photo of the boat upon booking and had send two separate inquires but no one from Anderson Tours responded to my questions. That was disappointing and it almost made me cancel altogether. For those of you who would take this tour know that when you get to the beach for the snorkel you will be offered to buy a $15 pass to stay on the beach. Our boat was not there, and we had to wait 30 min. We had to wait by the sales booth if we didn't purchase the bracelet for the beach. This is something that should have been communicated in advance. For the sloth/monkey experience visitors are no longer allowed to hold them, you can touch if there are not too many people but absolutely no holding. Overall, we had a great time, takes you half the day on port to do this and still have free time to explore if you wish.
Such a great time! Super fun zip lines- got to try flips and inversions as we went down! My 4 year old did the whole thing tandem and loved it. Got to feed some cool animals and the monkeys were cute! Stopped at the chocolate factory for samples and brought some home too. Snorkeling was no frills but a lovely spot with beautiful reef and fish. Just what we wanted!
The whole excursion was great and the 3 gentleman who helped my aunt on the zip line were the best. I would do it again!
Met our guide/driver Monique at pick up place. She was awesome. Stayed with us and explained everything. Zip line crew was very good. Took care of our safety and made sure we had good time. The animal reserve was nice. For snorkeling, a small boat took us 5 min away from shore and it was pretty. It was a very good deal in terms of money spent and activities covered. Our tour guide Monique made every effort to give us an excellent experience.
Fordei was a remarkable host. He told us all about the local sites and his personal stories and ensured we were well taken care of. If was just the two of us so we had our own personal guide. Such a fabulous tour!
This was the best excursion that we have been on for amazing price! When we walked off our ship , we were met by Allen who was very nice and we walked to where we did zip line. Zip line was vey fun with so many different courses, all the guys that did zip line were amazing. After zipline we walks around in the animal park where you see sloths and monkeys and few other animals. Then Allen drove us for a stop in rum store and then drove to the beach where we snorkled. Beach was nice but we had to pay $20 for each person for the beach chairs and umbrella. Edgar took us on the boat from the beach to snorkel where we were surrounded by hundreds of fish and beautiful corals. Snorkeling was pretty amazing! We went back to the beach and relaxed some more. And whenever we were ready we were taken back to the ship. It was only us two and another couple so this excursion was practically a private excursion. We highly recommend them if you want to have an amazing day. Allen was a safe driver and very kind.
The eco park was terrible. There was one sloth and one monkey for everyone to see. There wasn’t shade while waiting a long time to get in the cage. Ziplining was amazing and workers were so nice. When it was time to snorkel we were told we HAD to wait 2 to 3 hrs at beach for it to be ready and were pestered to buy chairs. We didn’t want to do this as we had kids with us and wanted to get back to ship to eat etc. after having to buy chairs, we were told whenever we were ready to snorkel we could, and still had to wait an additional hour. This trip was over 6 hours long, paying extra for chairs, food and water because we had to be out way longer than expected. Not recommended! Also at the beach people were so pushy to buy items and even bothered our children

The tour with David was great! The only complaint I have is that the ziplining was not safe at all. There are times when you're not attached to anything. They don't have a pully to slow you down, only a guy catching you. One time he caught me wrong and I banged my knee into the railing. The next time he hit me in the face and pushed my sunglasses into my eye bone. At that point I asked to exit the course. The snorkeling, chocolate tasting, beach visit and sloth visit was very nice. David was excellent and super attentive and easy going. I would recommend this, but maybe skip the ziplining.
Overall great experience. Leonard was a fantastic guide and driver. Ziplinining was our favorite, snorkel trip was short but a good experience.
Snorkeling around the reef with colorful fishes under the protection of friendly boat captain Edgar was a nice experience. Tour guide Danny drove us around several destinations with detailed Roatan introductions also made whole trip more interesting.
The ziplining was fun, the wifdlife eco-park was awful and the snorkeling was okay. The person that picked us up was funny and watched out for us; however, pick up time from port was 9:00 am and we ended up waiting almost 45 minutes for another family that never showed up.

Hi hope all is well i just read your feed back and i personaly recieve you and you was 1 hour 30 minutes early i explain to you you could had take a small walk see some the shops across the street or you could had wait their with us lucky the other couple came out earlier too and the wait was 20 minutes cause i told you if they dint come in 25 minutes you was going ahead and they would catch up again am trully sorry for the wait but thats why we have meeting time
We had a wonderful time with our driver Tyrone (I think was his name) he was very chill and answered a lot of questions we asked about his life in Roatan. The tour was amazing!! We did the zip line, animal park and snorkeling we also stopped at the chocolate place which was great too! The only thing I wasn’t happy about is I had never been zip lining before so I thought it was just one time across, nope it was more like 20 something platforms! I was a nervous wreck 😂😂😂 I also lost my shoe twice. Workers were fantastic and it’s not their fault that I was terrified! My husband and daughter both loved it! There were young children that did great there too, it was just a me thing. 😩 Also, Pro tip: don’t wear open back sandals. 😂😂 The snorkeling was incredible! Roatan is a gorgeous island!
Jenny was a great driver throughout the excursion. Zip line with David and Marvin was so fun! William took us to a great snorkel spot and we loved the chocolate factory and the monkey/sloth park!
Very good execration and great people, we did great Zipline then zoo with monkeys and slouth and then they drove us to the snorkeling beach and ride a boat to the snorkeling spot. It was great
The zip line prt was awesome, the staff were so friendly and encouraging!! The views were so cool. Best part of the day! The monkey/sloth mini zoo part was really fun. We loved getting to pet and hold all kinds of animals. The reason we gave it 4 stars is because the snorkel part was a tiny beach that did not have snorkel equipment and did not have snorkel friendly waters. I would label it more as a small beach experience with a lounge chair and restaurant. Staff was super nice and welcoming/helpful. Really loved this excursion.Also, no one rushes you- you can take your time for each part and enjoy your day.
