Instruction meeting point after getting off your ship: There are two ship docks in Roatan. They are Mahogany Bay cruise port where Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises, and other ships dock. Then there are the Town Center Port of Roatan where Royal Caribbean cruises, celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, TUI Cruises and other ship dock. If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill for an additional $2. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. . If your ship is dock on the Town Center Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate #3 look across the street for Roatan Anderson Tours sign a representative will be there waiting for you 1 to 2 hour after ships arrival. If you make friends on board or have any family member and they are not booked with us but want to tag along that is not a problem, we will accommodate them with you. Once outside and having trouble locating us just feel free to ask any the security guard or any other local tour associate for Shervin Hamilton or Roatan Anderson Tours sign

Fordie was an absolutely incredible guide. He was always pleasant and very accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it very interesting. The zip line was off the charts fun. The guys who guided us through the trees were hilarious and fun. The animals afterwards were so much fun. Our zoo guide did the tour backwards so we didn’t fight the crowds. Went very smoothly. Got to see Sloths up close, pet monkeys and hold them and parrots were put on us for photos. The chocolate tour was so delicious. And the rum tour was excellent as well. The horseback riding was very fun and the guides there were extremely friendly and pleasant. The snorkeling was a bit of a let down as the guides there were not as friendly and seemed to be put out more than anything. No safety briefing etc. Again if you can get Fordie for your day guide you will be very pleased.

This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had on an excursion. We did so much for the price we paid and we had our own private driver the whole day that was there to look out for us and take us to next activities. It was so wonderful to not have to be with a large group of people. The walk to the car from the port was difficult to maneuver because it was through the street but our tour guide was really great at getting us through the chaos. We did ziplining first and those guys were amazingly impressive. Black Panther and Anthony were my favorite people. They are a really awesome group of people and even my mom was able to go through the ziplines in the jungle. Then we did the capuchin monkeys and eco park. That was such a cool experience. I fell in love with a capuchin. After that we did horseback riding and the people who guided us through that were the best. We had 3 guys that led us through the horseback riding and 2 of them were kids. They were so polite, kind, and professional. I loved getting to know them and their culture. Originally the youngest kid wasn’t going to be able to come but we asked for him to stay with us because my mom needed extra help. They were so amazing. We ended up going to the beach after everything and Fortie picked us up to take us back to the port.

We had the best time! Our guide was phenomenal! He kept us and our safe and on track. We were back at port in plenty of time. He told us all about the history of it. Each place had great guides for each activity. We laughed a lot!
We loved all the excursions! Really a memorable time!

I wish I could say I made this however they canceled on me less than 24 hours before the expected trip. Kind of sucked since we woke up early to drive from our place and didn’t see that it was canceled.

Everything was excellent except for the glitch in the snorkeling. The boat was not there when I arrived however Daren, my guide was on top of it! I did not get the full 1.5 hrs on the beach/ snorkeling part because of the boat but he found one and the guys on the boat made sure I had 30 mins of snorkeling thanks to Daren! He was a fantastic guide and was very knowledgeable about the island. He was by my side the whole day insuring I had the best experience I could & made me feel very safe. I will book again through this company and if you can ask for Daren Flowers!

The resort is very nice. Please save yourself the trouble and book directly through the resort. We told our cab driver we wanted to leave at 2pm and he came rushing down to the beach at noon saying we needed to leave then. Definitely won’t book again through here

We have travelled the world and its beaches. Roatan may be the best and most clear water anywhere. The reef was amazing! The day pass does not include towels, but we tipped the towel guy and fortunately, he accommodated.

Ron the Driver took Great Care of us the whole day. Carlos & Brian took care of a wonderful Breakfast & Bartending. The facilities were great, most certainly must be the best on the Island!
The Pool, Sandy Beach & clear calm waters were magnificent!
Experienced cruisers found this fist time visit to have been one of the best ever if looking for an Upscale and Tranquil experience. Food was Delicious as well!
Pay a bit more & get an exceptional Day Pass during a stop on a Cruise.
P.S. The friendliness & authenticity of this Island is incredibly and harkens back to great visits of our early years of Cruising.

Ocean water beautiful. Great snorkeling off beach ride there in old beat up minivan was horrible. Lots of wasted time touring town. Not needed. Just take me to resort! Not a true all inclusive resort so meal was in employee cafeteria. Crappy food. Meeting place for excursion extremely sketchy. Do not waste money on this. Just hire your own cab to beach.

Great resort with very nice pool and service. Clean and courteous staff. Beach chairs good and with shade. Only issue was no beach down at the water and the vendors down there. Just have to say no to them. The snacks down at the pool bar was a nice surprise. Sexy Chocolate was our tour guide for the day and he was great. Stayed with us at the resort all day and very informative on the drive to the resort. Would go again. The all-inclusive is our favorite part.

We were picked up by jaime who will treat you like his own family. Juanito and Stefany were super nice, energetic and funny! When you get to the port will have to walk a little bit but not a lot to drain you. It's to avoid the port traffic and get you to the resort as soon as possible for you to enjoy as much time possible. Once there jaime will walk you through the areas that are accessible to you and where you will meet him at the end of the day. The good was delicious, the beverages were plenty and the pool wad refreshing. The ocean was beautiful in this area as well. I would definitely be coming here again and hire Anderson tours.

We had a great day at Infinity Bay Beach Resort Service was very good with an upscale feel
Unfortunately the driver did not return to take us back to our Ship
After waiting we were forced to get a taxi who actually stopped on the road and had us switch to another car that was literally falling apart
We almost missed our ship
Not sure how far this bate and switch went. I feel that it was a plan all along It reminded me that I wasn’t in The USA. Let the buyer beware!

Am truly sorry to hear about that from the bottom of our heart we don’t play that game with our guest once leaving the dock we stay with our guest all day tell your return to your cruise ship port I will do an internal investigation and if that happen I promise that driver will be dismiss from his duties cause once you leave that cruise terminal with us your safety is in our hands we make sure your well taking care off tell your place back to your ship I apologize once again I will find out what happen cause when all driver check in they confirm all guest was safely return bu like I promise you I will get on it
