If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Anderson Tours sign. If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill for an additional $2. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. If your ship is dock on the Town Center Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate #1 look across the street for Roatan Anderson Tours sign.

We had a BLAST! my kids loved it, the guides kept it fun with various challenges at the platforms, and the views are something to see for yourself. The animal park was so much fun and the interactions with the animals made it 100% worth the trip. The snorkeling at west bay was fun as were the jet skis. Allen was a wonderful guide and we will absolutely be back to enjoy the experience all over again.

This is very exciting and fun activities. And view of Port and cruise ships from zipline area is spectacular. You walk out of port to see the sign holding staff, walk a few block then you get fitted for 15 zipline from top of the hill overseeing the port. Very safe and fun, kids were doing flips. Then small petting zoo for some photo. Then getting on a van to drive to West side for either beach or snorkel for an hour.

Such a wonderful experience! Our guide William was great. He made the experience personalized to us and what we wanted to do. We went ziplining, snorkeling, saw the monkeys and sloths plus we got to go to the Rum and chocolate factories and eat lunch. 10/10!

We really enjoyed the zip lines! It was fast-paced and exciting. Requires some physical abilities, but I was able to do it after a recent knee surgery. Some people might question the safety because the equipment was older, but everyone in our group had a great time.

Zip lining was a lot of fun. Guys were great!
Seeing the tropical animals was fun too.
Went to the beach for a bit after. The ride was nice. Got to see some of the island on the way.

Our tour guide, Allen, was FANTASTIC!! He gave us a great history lesson on the island, took us to great spots (ie chocolate factory, rum cake factory, etc). We enjoyed the sloths, monkeys and snorkeling. The problem was the zip line. I’m pretty sure it was oversold which created significant chaos for all families. Since that was the last event for our excursion, we couldn’t participate as we were overly concerned that we wouldn’t be able to make our ship as we had a large group (13) and had to wait on a group of 30 and a couple of other large groups. This was extremely disappointing in many ways as we were all looking forward to it and had tense encounters with the other stressed families. This could’ve been planned much better as the tour guide would’ve known the number of families that signed up. We are now hoping our payment for the zip line portion will be reimbursed, which doesn’t take away thr disappointment.

Ziplining is good, but a little tricky to navigate to the meet up spot from the port. There’s no where to change at the beach ( for free ) so you should change at the zipline before getting on the bus.

Let me start off I'm afraid of heights and I could not believe I was zip-lining in the jungle. This was our first visit to Roatan and zip-lining. It was an amazing buck list accomplishment. Snorkeling this barrier reef was an awesome experience.

Do not go!! This was easily the worst experience we’ve ever had on a trip excursion. They were prepared. We were in a van with no air conditioning even though it said it would be air-conditioned. We got there and we had no idea who our tour guides were. We had no names we had nothing to go by. There was way too many people there for the tour and the staff was completely overwhelmed and had no idea what to do. We actually called the cab and went back to our cruise ship. We will be contacting the to our company for a complete refund.

Hi hope all is well with you and your family and starting by saying am sorry for what happen we start out by not nowing what ship your were on you didnt put your ship name on your booking i have proof of that when you came out on the other port pur dispacher receive you and put you on the van coming down to the zip line yes there was a lot of people there was 5 ships in port you jump off saying you didnt want to stay we ask to send you to your next stop then come back to zip line when all the movement went down you said you wanted to go with some else you was talking too telling you to cancel us and went with them thats what you did we let you do as you wanted again am sorry for the confusion and i really wish i could had go back in time and do it all over again to show you we put our guest first we try u kno that you saw wish you enjoy the rest of your cruise
