Thalis was a really good tour guide; very outgoing, friendly, talkative. The experience in general was great especially when you are up there with the sunrise. However, if you are a person without a good physical condition I would say train before you go. Overall, worth it and highly recommended.

A Challenge Worthwhile.

Amazing activity to enjoy on our last morning in Rio. Need a moderate level of fitness as it is a lot of climbing quickly. All worth it though, once at the top. Bring some water and enjoy the climb.
