Although it rained we were told he had a cover to keep us dry, he kept the cover on his side of the boat up and not ours so we had to sit next to him during our tour. We were also told we had to pay our driver money to take us back to the meeting point which is not described before we booked. Overall he was informative but could’ve done a lot better in getting the boat prepared knowing it would rain.

Hello Ronnice! I am sorry you feel this way. Obviously you did not have to sit next to me, I could have put up the roof over the front of the boat, but I prefer not to do it since it blocks the view for the clients more than the bimini. If you prefered sitting in the front of the boat, you could have said so.
Regarding the transfer back, it is stated in the inclusions that the transfer is 1 way only.

We had a very pleasant time on the boat trip. First, we were picked up by a very nice gentleman in a nice car directly from our hotel and comfortably transported to the boat. We booked the 6:30 PM tour, and the timing was perfect.
Our captain was fun, knowledgeable, and shared many interesting facts about Prague and the Czech Republic. The weather was lovely despite the forecasted rain, and the captain even had blankets prepared for us, although it was not windy at all. We also had champagne, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
I would highly recommend this tour because Prague is incredibly beautiful from the water, especially in the evening.
