Hello Kinshil! Since I only communicated with your travel agent and not you, let me explain what happened. Your TA at 3pm on Monday booked a tour for 6pm on the same day, so really short notice. I told her that unfortunately I had another booking and offered her that you would start at 4pm, to which she agreed. I sent a car to Rasinovo Nabrezi 71, the address she told me. A few minutes later she called me that you are actually in hotel Grandium. So I redirected the driver to Grandium. When he arrived, nobody was there. Then your TA called me that you are actually out in town and if we could do the tour at 6pm. I already told her I am booked for that time, so I cancelled the driver whom I had to pay on my expense. Then I spent the next hour trying to find another boat for your TA that would be available at 6pm, but they were all booked because it was such a last notice. Then we gave you a 100% refund. And now I am reading your review which in my opinion is unfair and it would be nice of you if you took it down, I really tried my best to accommodate you. I cannot block out all the times as I sell different tours on different platforms (my website, gyg, hotels) and it is impossible to block out the times everywhere so if there is a double booking I always try my best to accommodate everyone by moving the times but sometimes its not possible. If there is anyone to blame, it is your TA who booked your birthday boat ride on a 3 hour notice. All the best, Patrik

Patrik was the best guide! He showed us all around Prague, which we quickly learned, is best by boat. He was so kind to help us get ice for our drinks and had cold storage for our snacks. He shared his local knowledge with us which was thoughtful and informative. A private tour on his boat is the way to go!

Really can’t recommend this tour enough! Patrick is an excellent guide, he owns the boat and takes great pride in providing a quality tour. There were multiple different beverages available, including sparkling wine, beer, soda, water. We really enjoyed seeing everything from the water, there’s no better way to see the Charles bridge. Highly recommend!

It was a very relaxing way to explore for 2 hours the view from the river to the banks of the neighbourhoods and the city center. The captain was very informative and friendly and cared perfectly for us. His boat was in perfect condition and very comfortable.

Great boat ride on our final day in Prague. Patrick was fantastic, and did a great job navigating the river and giving us informative and fun facts about the city. At the end of the ride he dropped us off at Kampa Park for lunch, right at the foot of the Charles Bridge. Outstanding!

Booked the tour for our Family of ten and could not have been happier. Patrik contacted right away to confirm details. He even gave us a list of restaurants we might choose to eat at prior. He arranged for us to be picked up a the restaurant and driven to his boat. He was a great guide and had champagne and beverages waiting for us. He also asked if we were interested in stopping at a brewery boat along the way. Of course we said yes and we pulled up alongside and they delivered beer to us that we drank on he second half of the tour. The tour was wonderful and we ended right downtown. Definitely recommend Patrik.

We are a group of seven and Patrick made sure we were entertained and sis a great job showing off his beautiful city from the river view. His boat is beautiful and immaculate.
