You may stop at Smichov Lock twice for 20 minutes each time (in term 31.3.-13.4. is Smichov Lock closed so there will be an alternative route)
Due to the irregular traffic on the Vltava River and the limited capacity of the water locks the cruise route cannot be guaranteed but the duration of the cruise will not be affected
The ship departs at 18:50 and we ask the clients to arrive at least 20 minutes in advance, there is no waiting for latecomers (boarding starts at 18:30)
Travelers below 18 years old only non-alcoholic drinks
You can be seated in the inside upper or inside lower deck. Tables are four-seater and eight-seater. You will be seated by our staff

Not worth the money-find an alternative

Poor experience. No audio guidance as head phones didn’t work. No interaction/guidance or description from the staff except for when taking orders for the drinks. Food was fine but nothing exceptional and definitely not worth it.

One the whole it was a ok trip. Felt Staff were not very friendly and didn’t really engage with us during the trip, except when asking about drinks orders) Also felt if there had been a paper table map to follow to enable us to know exactly where we were at any stage. Food was “ok” but a bit chaotic- seemed to have been on the buffet table for a long time (could have been warmer) suggest they allow certain tables up first then allow the others would be an improvement on everyone queueing up at the same time.

Service was good, food was good with a very good choice. It was meant to have audio but the headphones were on the bar and nobody gave them out or told you about them and we didn’t see them until half way through the trip which wasn’t very helpful.

Food was great , lovely mouth watering!!! Amazing staff , amazing kindness . Boat ride was breathtaking. Very warm atmosphere inside the boat Be 15-30 minutes before the given time so you can hop on quick while on winter cold. All bookings were arranged with booked table names for each reservation.well planned.

We really enjoyed the cruise itself, taking many photos of the skyline and landmarks. The food is buffet and is nothing great. Unless you REALLY want to be on the river after dark, take a day cruise and buy a nice dinner afterwards for about the same price.

Prague boat cruise - with dinner.

This was a very fun experience. They had tables reserved for guests. The buffet was served in an orderly manner and the food was good. The wine was excellent, albeit, somewhat pricey. The welcome drink was merely a shot of the local liqueur. All in all, we enjoyed the evening very much.

- The boarding process was OK; - The welcome beverage was a sad story; truly not even a shot... - Immediately upon boarding the waitress began asking repeatedly about additional beverages to purchase... - the food was OK, but nothing special; - in my view, coffee or tea should be offered as a part of the program... - No audio guidance about the surrounding while the boat was moving... - the active cruising time was about 1.5 hr; for the rest we were waiting for the water to be released for the boat to lifted in the narrow corridor...

Find a better dinner cruise

The "delicious buffet" is not delicious. It's a bunch of food, like fried chicken (and not the good stuff), that was heated before coming on the boat. The plates were basically bread plates, so you couldn't get much of the not-good food even if you wanted. The dining area is way too hot when full of people and the entire outside section is for smoking. Sadly, there was another dinner cruise right by us where everyone had personal tables and food being delivered, which made this seem even worse.

We enjoyed the cruise. The food was mediocre but plentiful and the drinks were not overpriced. Overall an exceptional evening. Staff was warm and inviting, very accomodating for us as we were all disabled.

Great trip, very well organised. Attentive staff, great food, good background music. Would have been nice to have intermittent commentary telling us what certain landmarks and bridges were, there is an audio commentary you can get on your phone but was a hassle with all background noise

Well organised. Buffet selection was very good. Could have been more options for a non-meat person, but on saying that still plenty of choice with salads, potatoes , chips rice etc. Price of the drinks was fine and card accepted, despite us being told initially it was only cash. Would recommend. Great way to see Prague at night from the river and experience the lock gate.

The dinner and cruise was great, we enjoyed it. They prefer cash for any extra drinks etc and we had to pay all 3 of our tabs on one card. They only problem we encountered was that the directions were not clear and we had a difficult time finding an actual address.

Had a lovely evening on the dinner cruise in Prague. The food was tasty, the music set a great atmosphere, and floating along the Vltava with the city lights and castles lit up was truly magical. Service was friendly. Overall, a beautiful way to see the city from a different perspective.

Overall, it was good and we would recommend it. However, your vendors need to make sure everyone involved have all the correct information. We enjoyed the buffet, but we asked one of he waiters if there would be dessert, he said “No, this is it.” We went upstairs to enjoy the scenery. At the very end, my husband went downstairs to the bathroom and saw they had set out many plates of cake. We were already docking and didn’t have time to enjoy it.
