- The ship departs at 18:50 and we ask the clients to arrive at least 20 minutes in advance, there is no waiting for latecomers (boarding starts at 18:30)
- Travelers below 18 years old only non-alcoholic drinks
- You can be seated in the inside upper or inside lower deck. Tables are four-seater and eight-seater. You will be seated by our staff

The view was amazing, a perfect way to introduced yourself to the city of Prague. The audio guide provided gave you just enough information to keep you engaged. The service was wonderful, making sure you always had a drink in hand. The food was ok but that was fine for us as we were there for the views
We were sat with other people which is fine we love meeting people, however we never spoke same language and did not understand each other so made for a rather long night, the food was plentiful and tasty, the desserts were a let down though they were very dry heavy cakes 😔 the welcome drink was a thimble full of what we can only describe as cough medicine very acquired taste, the waitresses were great kept tables clear of plates and taking drink order all the times.
The staff were pleasant and worked hard. The boat was in good shape with clean bathrooms. As a buffet you should not be expecting fine dining, but it was plentiful. The chicken was dry, otherwise a little better than average. Dessert was less than average, a couple patters of pastry and dry cakes. No pies, torts, puddings or an ice cream. The river was enjoyable with some of the lit up monuments. The narration app had the trip neatly divided into about a dozen segments to click on when a sight came by, BUT you never could match them up in the dark and it is useless at night. They should enumerate the segments and announce the or display it when the sight comes into view.
This cruise is pleasant and stress free. The food is excellent along with the many sights during this 3-hr cruise. It is very a relaxing way to spend the night after a long nd tiring day of walking.
Good and enjoyable experience. We were about to see some of Prague sites in the night The dinner buffet was good.
The description said there would be a maximum of 100 people, but our cruise had one group of 118, a group of 27, plus numerous individuals, probably almost 200 total. There was enough food, but the upper deck was much too crowded after dinner to enjoy the views. The time in the locks was also longer than expected and the cruise ran almost a half an hour longer than listed.
I think the organisers of this trip should consider the times the river cruises take place, ours set off about 18.50hrs for a 3hr cruise. We headed off in bright sunshine and a lovely warm night, however the night closed in very quickly, and it became pitch black! We couldn’t see a thing and what made it worse was the speakers didn’t work and the “tour” was just a joke! On a plus! The buffet was a delight, I can honestly say everyone appeared to have enjoyed the food, I do not feel that we had good value for money considering the trip for two of us was almost £100.00

I did this tour my very first night in Prague and it was a wonderful, and relaxing, introduction to the city!! Seeing the city lit up in an amber glow from the river was a beautiful sight to behold!! Highly recommend!!
Lovely way to end our stay seeing the sights of Prague by night. Fantastic all you can eat buffet too!
Horrible dinner, rude employees. Just a terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone.
We arrived 20 minutes before the time we are told to arrive and the boat was mostly loaded. We were seated inside, but there were plenty of windows to see along the ride. The boat was not full, but pretty crowded. The buffet dinner was just okay, and dessert cakes were dry. We painted for our own drinks and the service for drinks was okay. We returned as the sin had set, and we did get nice photos.
Great views of Prague's historic buildings from the river. Buffet food was good. Drink menu was fairly extensive, but you need to pay for every drink you order.

The buffet food was mediocre as nothing was special about it and water was not provided, but must buy separately.
The view was nice though and good music! Somehow there was no audio about the attractions as we passed by. Overall it was decent.

It was an amazing experience. The people were very nice, the food was excellent. The route was amazing. However, there was not audio tour to tell you about the city and the historic landmark, but the músic was good.

Lovely relaxing cruise. Nice selection of food at buffet. The sweets
could be improved a little to include ice cream, cheesecake or similar.
Only thing you are advised to bring headphones for audio guide.
Just think a bit more interaction from staff to prompt you on sites when you press for info on your phone would be helpful.

This was terrible. This was the temu version of a boat tour. Set your expectations low and you will probably be just fine. I would suggest going with another company if you care to enjoy your time or like eating good food. First let's start with the welcome drink if you can even call it that. It was about 1.5 ozs of some terrible drink they picked up cheap somewhere and there was no kid option. Then we were seated in the bottom section of the boat which is eye level with the water with a filthy window. So all around great for sight seeing. The boat also smelled awful on the bottom floor and was extremely dated. The food was barely passable. The chicken they served was dried out and the dessert was barely edible. I don't even know how you make cake taste that bad. Then on the outside decks people are allowed to smoke wherever so it is great when you are trying to enjoy the views and then you have to keep smelling smoke no matter where you try to go. We finally found a place to stand outside where there were no smokers and then the crew came out and told everyone out there we had to move. Let's talk about the tour, ha what tour. They give you a QR code for the tour that you can listen to when you're moving but there is no indication as to where anything is or what you're supposed to see. A little direction would have been nice. Hard to know what you're looking for or where to look without some sort of reference. So disappointed by this and expected something different based on the description. It definitely isn't worth the money.

Enjoyed the relaxing beautiful views of the river bank. Be prepared to experience the queuing of boats in the channel but well worth it for the scenic sailing, tasty choices of the buffet food and waiters to serve you drinks. Great evening

Enjoyable, relaxing river cruise. Nice change of pace after walking many miles. Great to see some of the city from a different perspective. Don’t expect too much from the buffet, it was adequate at best.

Nice evening on the water but there was no entertainment (other than a decent 80s playlist) on board plus there was no commentary on the sights. The phone app guide just doesn’t do it - it doesn’t track the route of the boat - you have to guess at the ‘sight’ and then identify from a list of photos on the app!
Buffet food bar had a good selection for starters and entrees but limited for desserts…and you had to pay for coffee (seemed wrong for a dinner cruise).
Thought the serving staff ‘pushed’ the sale of drinks a little too much…
All that said it was a nice evening on the water in a beautiful setting.

I booked the cruise to celebrate our pearl wedding anniversary . Me and my husband had a lovely time the food was delicious we were really surprised was not expecting a hot Buffett the quality was top notch . I would highly recommend

It was pretty low key. Relaxing ride down the river. They tell you about having to spend 15 mins each way in a lock. Tiny plates for the buffet.

We had a wonderful evening cruise on the river. The staff were attentive and friendly. I was apprehensive about a buffet style meal but other than the usual idiots that rush up, I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and there was plenty. My advice would be to hold back until the madness has died down.
Tables are also allocated at booking so no need to push and shove to get on the boat like some people were doing. We also booked on the same day so extremely happy with the out come.

Food dried out or mush
Couldn’t find out anything about audio until trip was done
All we did was go back and back and forth 2 x over an hour was spent in locks
No explanation or any contact from staff except to ask if wanted to buy more drinks bathroom was out of paper and stink was terrible enough to make people gag

Bring your own headphones to listen to points of interest. You scan a QR code and tap on a picture to listen about the site you are cruising by. No headsup, just look out and find. Buffet food was actually very good and many choices! Staff friendly and helpful! Also, 3 hours was a tad bit long.
