Due to the irregular traffic on the Vltava River and the limited capacity of the water locks the cruise route cannot be guaranteed but the duration of the cruise will not be affected
The ship departs at 18:50 and we ask the clients to arrive at least 20 minutes in advance, there is no waiting for latecomers (boarding starts at 18:30)
Travelers below 18 years old only non-alcoholic drinks
You can be seated in the inside upper or inside lower deck. Tables are four-seater and eight-seater. You will be seated by our staff

Temu boat tour

This was terrible. This was the temu version of a boat tour. Set your expectations low and you will probably be just fine. I would suggest going with another company if you care to enjoy your time or like eating good food. First let's start with the welcome drink if you can even call it that. It was about 1.5 ozs of some terrible drink they picked up cheap somewhere and there was no kid option. Then we were seated in the bottom section of the boat which is eye level with the water with a filthy window. So all around great for sight seeing. The boat also smelled awful on the bottom floor and was extremely dated. The food was barely passable. The chicken they served was dried out and the dessert was barely edible. I don't even know how you make cake taste that bad. Then on the outside decks people are allowed to smoke wherever so it is great when you are trying to enjoy the views and then you have to keep smelling smoke no matter where you try to go. We finally found a place to stand outside where there were no smokers and then the crew came out and told everyone out there we had to move. Let's talk about the tour, ha what tour. They give you a QR code for the tour that you can listen to when you're moving but there is no indication as to where anything is or what you're supposed to see. A little direction would have been nice. Hard to know what you're looking for or where to look without some sort of reference. So disappointed by this and expected something different based on the description. It definitely isn't worth the money.

Relaxing cruise with beautiful scenery and great food

Enjoyed the relaxing beautiful views of the river bank. Be prepared to experience the queuing of boats in the channel but well worth it for the scenic sailing, tasty choices of the buffet food and waiters to serve you drinks. Great evening

Enjoyable, relaxing river cruise. Nice change of pace after walking many miles. Great to see some of the city from a different perspective. Don’t expect too much from the buffet, it was adequate at best.

Evening on the Water

Nice evening on the water but there was no entertainment (other than a decent 80s playlist) on board plus there was no commentary on the sights. The phone app guide just doesn’t do it - it doesn’t track the route of the boat - you have to guess at the ‘sight’ and then identify from a list of photos on the app! Buffet food bar had a good selection for starters and entrees but limited for desserts…and you had to pay for coffee (seemed wrong for a dinner cruise). Thought the serving staff ‘pushed’ the sale of drinks a little too much… All that said it was a nice evening on the water in a beautiful setting.

Low key evening

It was pretty low key. Relaxing ride down the river. They tell you about having to spend 15 mins each way in a lock. Tiny plates for the buffet.

A wonderful evening on the river

We had a wonderful evening cruise on the river. The staff were attentive and friendly. I was apprehensive about a buffet style meal but other than the usual idiots that rush up, I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and there was plenty. My advice would be to hold back until the madness has died down. Tables are also allocated at booking so no need to push and shove to get on the boat like some people were doing. We also booked on the same day so extremely happy with the out come.

Save your money don’t go

Food dried out or mush Couldn’t find out anything about audio until trip was done All we did was go back and back and forth 2 x over an hour was spent in locks No explanation or any contact from staff except to ask if wanted to buy more drinks bathroom was out of paper and stink was terrible enough to make people gag

Bring your own headphones to listen to points of interest. You scan a QR code and tap on a picture to listen about the site you are cruising by. No headsup, just look out and find. Buffet food was actually very good and many choices! Staff friendly and helpful! Also, 3 hours was a tad bit long.

3 hours slowly cruising along the river inc 2 20 min stops for the look. Food was just passable. Nothing was really hot and fried chicken was just dried out There was plenty of it. Seconds or thirds if you wanted it Dessert was pretty bland cake. Ice cream available for an extra charge. Photos show drink prices

Glad that we did the trip

A cheerful reception onto the boat to a table already reserved for us. The welcome drink was underwhelming (a very small shot of something alcoholic) we were then able to purchase additional drinks if we wished. Captive audience prices. The food however was very good, both hot and cold, main and dessert. Plentiful too. Lovely scenic boat trip on a spacious clean boat with good toilets. A lovely 3 hours on the river.

Prague Dinner Cruise

Traveling the river was fun. Seeing Prague at night was beautiful. The food was not the best and wasn't replenished as we expected. We waited too long to go for seconds, even though we didn't take full plates for firsts, and they were already removing food. Service was fine. Nothing outstanding. But it was a unique way to view the city. we were able to go outside and see the sites as well.

Not worth the money-find an alternative

Poor experience. No audio guidance as head phones didn’t work. No interaction/guidance or description from the staff except for when taking orders for the drinks. Food was fine but nothing exceptional and definitely not worth it.

Prague break

One the whole it was a ok trip. Felt Staff were not very friendly and didn’t really engage with us during the trip, except when asking about drinks orders) Also felt if there had been a paper table map to follow to enable us to know exactly where we were at any stage. Food was “ok” but a bit chaotic- seemed to have been on the buffet table for a long time (could have been warmer) suggest they allow certain tables up first then allow the others would be an improvement on everyone queueing up at the same time.

River cruise with buffet.

Service was good, food was good with a very good choice. It was meant to have audio but the headphones were on the bar and nobody gave them out or told you about them and we didn’t see them until half way through the trip which wasn’t very helpful.

Food was great , lovely mouth watering!!! Amazing staff , amazing kindness . Boat ride was breathtaking. Very warm atmosphere inside the boat Be 15-30 minutes before the given time so you can hop on quick while on winter cold. All bookings were arranged with booked table names for each reservation.well planned.

We really enjoyed the cruise itself, taking many photos of the skyline and landmarks. The food is buffet and is nothing great. Unless you REALLY want to be on the river after dark, take a day cruise and buy a nice dinner afterwards for about the same price.

Prague boat cruise - with dinner.

This was a very fun experience. They had tables reserved for guests. The buffet was served in an orderly manner and the food was good. The wine was excellent, albeit, somewhat pricey. The welcome drink was merely a shot of the local liqueur. All in all, we enjoyed the evening very much.
