The nicest, classiest tour boat you can take in Prague. Boat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the night time cruise is a MUST-DO. Prague looks like a fairy tale at night so this is well worth it. I highly recommend. The tour company responded right away when I needed to add an extra ticket. The dock location was easy to find and good signage. The customer service was great and the staff on board were very fast and nice.
The only downside was that on the upper deck several guests were smoking which I guess is common in Europe but the deck was large enough we could move away from the smokers.
The only other downside was that because we were on the upper outdoor deck the commentary was harder to hear as people were talking fairly loudly.

Lovely boat ride providing excellent views of a number of key landmarks within Prague. Our boat was 100% electric, which made the operation silent and created such a tranquil environment. Staff was great and attentive, super friendly, and the beers were cold. Loved it - well with the $20

Lovely view, informative but definitely could have given more history and information about Prague. At times we were just floating and listening to music.

It was an amazing experience. Great site seeing and view. Would definitely do it again. Try to get the outside seats for a better view and get there about 20 minutes before the cruise sail off

Great tour to discover Prague from River - Prague in night was spectacular, lights simmering in the water and the brightly lit buildings added extra beauty. Great view of Charles bridge was the other highlight.

It was a nice smooth ride, however, everyone stands in the way of taking pictures without you also getting up and moving about, thus being in others way. It was also very packed - I’m sure because it’s a decent price for a nice 50 minute break.
It’s definitely worth the price to rest your feet and look at the buildings along the small stretch of the Vltava River it goes down and up. We went at night when it’s all lit up & I would highly recommend the evening for that reason.
They take drink orders, but it takes a while to get them. They also sell blankets, mugs, & coins.
If you want your group to go together and it’s more than 15 be sure you message them to add the tickets. We were on a separate boat from our group even though we all had the same pier on our purchase.

Really nice experience especially when the sun goes down. The staff were all kind and helpful. One of the cleanest tourist boats I have ever been on. Would definitely recommend it when in Prague

It was nice newer boat. Staff very nice and friendly and prompted table drink orders.
Very short cruise. The boat can only go so far up and down the river in a very short distance due water locks. It was nice. You are the river for about 45 minutes. Total 50 minutes

The boat was so clean! I loved having the commentary over the speakers while we were floating down the river. The boat showed a beautiful perspective to the buildings along the water. It was nice having the server take our order and bring our drinks to us. Very nice staff all around!

We were unable to find an elevator to the docks from street level. Just stairs and a long incline hill down which was much further away so just be aware of that.
It was listed as an one hour tour but was more of a 45 min tour. I guess the 15 mins was to embark and disembark. Smooth ride. Great pictures with the sunset behind the castle on the hill.
Couldn't hear the recorded guide.
Unfortunately we have very loud people talking behind us...didn't hear anyone else who were that loud.

The other reviews I read were pretty accurate—it’s basically just a boat ride covering sights you could just see from land. Commentary was recorded and very limited. It was a relaxing trip though and great to see lights at night. Knowing what to expect, we weren’t disappointed.

Short, beautiful trip. We had a great time even though it was rainy and cold. Window seats go very fast, I would recommend getting there much earlier than 15 minutes early.

Great scenery and comfortable, clean boat. However, the boat turned around to head back to the dock before the audio narration finished meaning the boat route was shorter than the audio guide. Were we shortchanged out of the full tour?

The location given in maps is WRONG! Do not wait at main road expecting a guide! Just go to the river side! We missed 11am and now have to wait 30 mins in freezing weather. Never again

The boat I was assigned to did not have an inside deck, and it was nothing like the one shown in the photos. I had to stay indoors the entire time, and the windows were dirty and fogged up, making it impossible to get a clear view or take any photos. They were playing an audio guide, or at least I think that’s what it was supposed to be, but the sound quality was so poor that it was impossible to understand a single word.
Overall, this was definitely not the experience I expected.

Really lovely short tour around part of the river- big windows, clear view, good on a cold day as the sites are very visible from inside- nice setup with table service. This is a good choice for people that want an atmospheric experience with a light historical facts guiding- not a huge amount of detail in the recordings that play during the tour but just hitting the major points. (I liked this aspect- if you want to see and her more, you need a longer tour)

Good to go under the Charles bridge and then walk over it and walk up the other side as lots of Cafes and good souvenir spots
