The nicest, classiest tour boat you can take in Prague. Boat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the night time cruise is a MUST-DO. Prague looks like a fairy tale at night so this is well worth it. I highly recommend. The tour company responded right away when I needed to add an extra ticket. The dock location was easy to find and good signage. The customer service was great and the staff on board were very fast and nice.
The only downside was that on the upper deck several guests were smoking which I guess is common in Europe but the deck was large enough we could move away from the smokers.
The only other downside was that because we were on the upper outdoor deck the commentary was harder to hear as people were talking fairly loudly.

Short, beautiful trip. We had a great time even though it was rainy and cold. Window seats go very fast, I would recommend getting there much earlier than 15 minutes early.

Great scenery and comfortable, clean boat. However, the boat turned around to head back to the dock before the audio narration finished meaning the boat route was shorter than the audio guide. Were we shortchanged out of the full tour?

The location given in maps is WRONG! Do not wait at main road expecting a guide! Just go to the river side! We missed 11am and now have to wait 30 mins in freezing weather. Never again

Easy to book cruise.Well staffed at waterfront.Lovely seated area with great views downstairs on boat.Plenty of room for photographs on rooftop.Staff on boat gave excellent service.Nice hour sail to see the sights of Prague at night.

The boat I was assigned to did not have an inside deck, and it was nothing like the one shown in the photos. I had to stay indoors the entire time, and the windows were dirty and fogged up, making it impossible to get a clear view or take any photos. They were playing an audio guide, or at least I think that’s what it was supposed to be, but the sound quality was so poor that it was impossible to understand a single word.
Overall, this was definitely not the experience I expected.

Really lovely short tour around part of the river- big windows, clear view, good on a cold day as the sites are very visible from inside- nice setup with table service. This is a good choice for people that want an atmospheric experience with a light historical facts guiding- not a huge amount of detail in the recordings that play during the tour but just hitting the major points. (I liked this aspect- if you want to see and her more, you need a longer tour)

Good to go under the Charles bridge and then walk over it and walk up the other side as lots of Cafes and good souvenir spots

It’s nice to see the sites from the river but it was not that informative. If you are unfamiliar with the city you don’t know where exactly to look when they are talking.

Around 45/50mins cruising along the river. We picked 4pm in November as got on the boat when light but saw sun set during. Prices on the boat are a little expensive but nice for a treat.

absolutely beautiful little cruise, however the 1-hour cruise is more like 15 minutes of letting the last lot off, getting on yourself and leaving the dock, and another 15 minutes of docking and getting off. So really only 30 minutes or less of actual cruising and scenery.
I would recommend though because it’s great for the cost and it is still an absolutely gorgeous experience. There’s a voice recording that says what things are, however we found it was delayed so it was telling us to look over at things after we had left that area, and missed out on small hidden gems along the river.

We booked on a boat tour on our last day and enjoyed seeing beautiful Prague in the sunshine from the water. It was good value for money, with interesting audio and read along tour options and the drinks were reasonably priced with quick easy service. Would recommend.

We took a night cruise hoping to see city lights reflected upon river. Very few of buildings. Order g river were lit. Disappointed! For 1 hr cruise we returned tomorrow dock at 48 minutes. This cruise may be more enjoyable in the daytime. The narration referred to structures that were not visible (discernible) at night

If you are looking for a tour with a live guide providing details and facts this is not the tour. The tour features pre recordings that name the sites but does not provide any other details. At times you have to figure out which site is being mentioned.

This is a VERY short cruise (about 45 minutes). Since we had seen the highlights on the private city tour we took, this didn't add much to our visit. It's probably prettier at night but I'd also say it's just too short to have any impact.

This was a very nice and relaxing cruise. The boat is modern and enclosed, which was a relief as it was raining pretty hard just before we boarded. There are tables and chairs for seating and drinks are available. The major attractions are pointed out along the way.

It was a lovely boat trip lasting around 50 minutes, audio tour included, the only thing we didn't like is being asked 3 times if we wanted to purchase drinks by the same member of staff.
