We had an amazing time cooking with Fernando. A cooking class was on my wife’s wish list for Italy, and this class did not disappoint. It was perhaps the favorite activity of our trip. Good food, good people and good wine. Who could ask for anything more!

Ferdinando and his helper Michele were so warm and friendly ! Especially Michele who went out of his way to explain and tour parts of the farm were all the ingredients for the class are grown fresh Ferdinando made the experience so much fun as well. And the end result of the meal was spectacular! Good times!!! Highly recommend!
