We booked this experience for our daughter's 7th birthday, who had never done a cooking class before. We had a great time and our 2yo was also able to participate in the cooking process. The instructor was very fun, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was included. The food came out great, although, would have been nice to have a protein component to the pasta dish and maybe have us participate in making the sauce. Seeing where some of the ingredients (tomatoes) came from would have also been cool. The scenic spot was amazing and then of course the cow-milking experience was very unique. The extra stuff involved some long uphill walks so be aware if you have little ones (some warning would have been appreciated). The walking was nice after all the food though! Highly recommend this experience!

Every time I remember this experience I want to cry , it’s beautiful. Very warm and family like . Valentino and his son are simply the best . We also milked the cow :) a true Italian experience. We did mozzarella and then prepared caprese , we did tiramisu and the best pasta from scratch . My 8 year old daughter and me had soooooo much fun . Would want to repeat it .
