Fantastic Experience with Viator and its Transfer Service provider.

Our transfer was originally booked in the wrong direction (Porto to Lisbon), but Viator easily corrected it and notified the driver. Our driver, Jessé Silva, proactively reached out to confirm our Lisbon pickup and Porto drop-off locations. This transfer was perfect for our group of seven with limited time in Portugal. We opted for one stop visit in Sintra along the way. Jessé arrived early and helped load all our luggage in his nice, clean and confortable van. Jessé was very knowledgeable about the route and helped us maximize our visit in Sintra. He even stopped at a great local spot for our lunch break. From start to finish, the trip was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
