Be very careful. They probably won’t publish this review!! We were sold a half day Tuk Tuk tour. The bookstore was closed,so….we got 2 hours only. The arranger said that it wasn’t his fault so the money wasn’t his problem.

Please don’t consider this comment, it's a lie. You need to verify our comment. This tour includes a 90-minute Tuk ride and a visit to the Lello bookstore. Unfortunately, the bookstore was closed for renovations. We offered a change to another day or a 120-minute upgrade as compensation. He preferred the 120-minute Tuk ride, which he enjoyed very much. At the end of the Tuk ride, he wanted a refund from the bookstore, meaning he wanted both things. He never mentioned this the day before. We could have cancelled the entire tour, but he preferred to do so after receiving the compensation; he wanted two compensations. Very clever.

The old car they drove us in was only comfortable for 3 people There were 4 of us
The car had a roof so therefore the middle person in the back could not see very well
The fish market lunch was amazing !

This is an upgrade of a tuk tuk, much more confortable than the others, and version Rolls Royce!!! And the Tuks had a roof too.

This was the ideal was to start our stay in Porto. Our guide, Rafaela was very informative, humorous and confident. She was able to manoeuvre our wee tux tux through the steepest and narrowest of streets. After a quick change we were are able to travel in comfort through the other cities. Thank you for hosting us and we would totally recommend.

This tour, in our opinion, was worth the money. Comfortable 4 seat Tuk Tuk. two hour tour of the city by a knowledgable and pleasant host who spoke good English. Ended with an authentic Portuguese lunch that was prepared perfectly and VERY filling. But if you don't care for seafood, take a different tour.

Excellent tour, very friendly, knowledgeable guides. We had a great time. The tuk tuk ride was quite fun, we were shaken like 2 tango cans with all the cobble streets. Amazing views of Porto. We will do it again.

Wonderful to be picked up at our hotel. Francisco our driver was great and shared lots of information about Porto. Lunch at the fish market was fabulous. Didn’t know there would be options for tour extensions so wasn’t able to take advantage of these choices.

Our guide picked us up right outside of the port area. She was very knowledgable and personable. She took us to several sites in Porto and then we transferred to a different driver of a car who took us to a restaurant. Lunch was advertised as included in this tour.
This part of the tour was a little confusing and disappointing because we were hoping to order our food but we were told at the restaurant that the food was pre-picked out for us.
The place was a nice casual restaurant that seemed popular with the local people. Only one staff person spoke English. The menu that was picked for us was ALL seafood. One person in our group does not eat seafood and another was allergic to some of the seafood. A big platter of various seafood was brought out to us but the waiter had trouble explaining what each fish was. My husband said that all the fish tasted the same. I did not eat it.
The waiter did bring some vegetable soup and fries to those who could not eat fish but this was definitely a disappointment.
The dessert was pre-picked as well and was a mushy creme brulee'. Not very good.
The service was VERY slow and the meal took us over 2 hours. I think the tour operator needs to be upfront about the lunch that is provided and that there is no choice given as to what is served. Many people have allergies and limitations and this needs to be considered.

Everything was Amazing! Our guide Francisco took great care of us. Communication was great before and during the tour. Tuk tuk driver Rafael was entertaining and informative, and had a ton of positive energy. The fish lunch was fresh and fabulous, and I am a very picky eater! A great way to see Porto and the outskirts. Started with an enjoyable Tuk Tuk ride thru town which was great considering the steep hills. A twist was continuing on in the owners Mercedes’ to see areas outside the city center plus a nice seafood lunch. I would recommend

What a wonderful day out. This tour is a must for a quick rundown of the three cities. The lunch is phenomenal and the service of the company is top-notch. Highly recommend this tour if you're solo, a couple, or as a family.

Had a blast. Francisco picked us up at hotel. Did tour all over city. He then took us to a local restaurant for lunch. Pork, Beef, shell fish, cod, bread, desert, wine. Francisco then arrange our covic test so we could fly out next morning. Would recommend.

Great tour! Francisco met us and introduced us to Louis who gave us a wonderful informative tour. He was kind, very knowledgeable on the history of Porto. His English was perfect and the Tuktuk was very comfortable especially with the hills! After the Tuktuk Francisco guided us to the Fish market by car. So comfortable and convenient! The lunch at Mercado food and drink was great. Fresh flounder, fish stew, sardines. Could not imagine a better experience. Thank you, highly recommended!

Wow this was a great trip. Picked up by Francisco who immediately made us feel so welcome. Hi super comfortable car took us to meet Daniel in his tuk tuk & we were then whisked around the hilly streets of Porto & told about lots of wonderful fun facts & historical wonders of the City. Daniel was brilliant, one of the best guides I've ever met. We knew so much after the ride & were kept warm & amused throughout. We then got back in the car with Francisco & he took us to a fab fish market & rsetaurant 'Mercado Municipal de Matossinhos' where we chose the fish to be filleted & cooked for us - beautiful food, serveice & wine - what more could you ask for! Then Francisco took us back to our pick up point. The whole experience was delightful. Thank you!

Francisco picked us up at our hotel and from that moment it was a total Porto experience. He toured us around in the car through major areas of the center of town pointing out historic places. Then we met up with Suzanne, our fearless Tuk-Tuk driver. She whizzed us through the narrowest of streets into neighborhoods a car would not be able to go. We went across the river to view the city from on high. Later Francisco met us and drove us to the Atlantic coast to a local restaurant where we had grilled fish and wine- a feast we couldn’t finish! This was truly more than a tour, it was an experience and well worth it.
