We had a great day in the Duoro Valley with Felipe as our guide. We were a group of 8 with 2 seniors, 3 adults and 3 kids under 9 years old. We started off the morning at a vineyard which was absolutely beautiful with amazing wine - we all agreed that if we ever went back, we’d stay at the hotel on the vineyard. Afterwards, Felipe took us to a local spot in town for lunch - it was delicious and was great to get away from the touristy places. Finally we spent the rest of our afternoon on a river cruise seeing the stunning landscapes of the Duoro Valley. Throughout the tour, Felipe was extremely flexible by working with our evolving schedule (given the young kids). We can’t say enough amazing things about Felipe - he truly was an a great guide and overall fun guy to spend the day with. Furthermore, when one of the kids left their sunglasses behind, he went so far to ship them to us at our next destination.

Our guide Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable! We learned so much about Portuguese wine/port/history/culture even language evolution in one day!!! We also didn’t not just visit two beautiful winery but visited beautiful small villages and some other interesting places. The whole day was fabulous, we’d highly recommend! Thanks again for a wonderful day.
