David is a wonderful and warm presence and has a lot of interesting anecdotes about beautiful porto . He is both kind and skilled . The city is luminous and steeped in history - is just as stunning by night as it is by day . The dinner is authentic and delicious and the fado artists were the highlight of the visit for me . Beautiful in every way . Magical and unique 💫

I recommend this tour for the first night in Porto. You get a good glimpse of what the city looks like and you get to experience food, music and wine, which is a big part of being in Porto. Tiago is very nice and his car is very comfortable.

Make sure your taxi know the difference in two addresses. Two location with similar address we were taken to wrong address and driver did not speak English we gave him the letter with the proper one but still took us to the wrong address

Our guide and driver, Antonio, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and adapted the one hour city tour to show us many sights we had not yet seen.
Dinner and Fado were fantastic! We so enjoyed the ambiance and the absolutely beautiful voices and music. We feel very privileged to have experienced this part of Portuguese culture.

First, it looks like there was a glitch in the app. The app sent me to the wrong meeting point. Tiago, the driver/tour guide was very kind to pick us up from the area the viator app sent us to. After driving through the city highlights, Tiago drop us off to the restaurant where the event took place. An appetizer was served an hour before the dinner. (It was a long time). An hour later, three people sang “Fado” songs with guitar. This genre of music is different. The food was delicious, it’s a pre-set menu. This tour is overpriced for the overall experience. I will not do it again.

Our guide was great but the Fado evening itself & the dinner were both disappointing. The city tour before going to the restaurant was good and covered key points of interest. On arrival at the restaurant (we were on time), we had to wait nearly 30 mins as they hadn’t completed setting up. Once seated we were given some flattened brown sliced bread with ham & cheese. Not great. Dinner choices was fish, meat or vegetarian and we had to wait nearly 45 mins for them to arrive. Dessert was awful - a choice between 3 flavours of mousse. I chose lemon, which didn’t taste of much & was very heavy. The restaurant consisted of 2 rooms with the Fado singing repeated in each one. Whilst intimate in terms of venue it wasn’t really the traditional Fado performance I’d read about. Would not recommend. I’m sure there are better alternatives.

I will suggest making sure that if you book this tour and you specifically ask for your choice of language emphasize that you only want the whole experience to be in that language, we were disappointed that the other half of the group spoke a different language which the guide had to repeat the information in both languages! That’s not what we signed up for!!!

Tiago out tour guide was excellent!
However the restaurant left a lot to be desired.
The table cloths were dirty, plates chipped and cracked and worst of all we were expected to keep our knife and fork for the whole tree courses!!!!
Food was at best average.
If we had walked off the street to the restaurant I would have refused to pay.
Having said that the Fado show was good.

We had a lovely ride around the city and dinner was a relaxed experience with music between the course. Be aware there is a long break between the first couse and the show starting. That's a little confusing if you don't expect it.

We had an amazing evening guided by Tiago. He was professional, kind and was so knowledgeable about the area. The dinner just kept coming, and between courses, we were entertained by beautiful Fado music. Highly recommend!

The guide was so nice and very helpful. Specially, since he had to interpret three different languages. He did a great job, and I admire his ability to do so the dinner was wonderful. The music was wonderful. However, I cannot believe you placed three people that cannot talk to each other with different languages at the same table. It was so awkward and challenging.

We had such a wonderful time with Tiago and at the restaurant! Our tour was amazing and the food and performance were incredible. We would highly recommend this tour! Tiago was so knowledgeable about the city and gave us so many great recommendations for the rest of our time in Porto. The staff at the restaurant were so kind and we all enjoyed our meals while listening to fado music in an intimate setting. It felt like our own private concert!

We were looking forward to this tour as our introduction to Porto. The description of what we believed we would experience fell short of the actual experience. Decriptor said hotel pick up but instead told to go to a meeting place which was difficult to find, other guests were provided with incorrect details so we lost 45 minutes of our tour. It was supposed to cover historic area of Porto and key points - this didn't happen. Restaurant food and show was entertaining and view over Porto at night spectacular.
