Parents should bring the baby car seat ajusted to infant's age (1 to 3 years old). We only have seats available after 4 years old.
This tour it's done in a private vehicle only with your private guide. The vineyards and rest of the locations are shared with other participants.

For lunch we provide meet, fish, vegan and vegetarian option.
Reschedulings with less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged a 30% fee (subject to availability).
We do not recommend that you book or schedule different activities at the end of the tour. Although the tour may last 9/10 hours, the duration may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors.
Please be aware that the activities which we visit, such as vineyards, restaurants, etc, are subject to 3rd party availability and other groups/participants may be with the your group during the experience.
Schedules and Itinerary may change without prior notice.
Please make sure that you have breakfast. Keep in mind that we probably will only stop at the first activity. We may not have time to make a pit stop before arriving to the first vineyard.

Paulo did an excellent job historically describing the Duoro valley region as well as Portugal, he also adapted to our needs. For Viator specifically I requested all tastings to have table wine (not just port) for tastings and I do not believe this conveyed to the local travel tour company.

This whole trip was amazing. The first winery was my favorite. The rest were more commercial. The food was okay. Definitely make sure to have dinner plans. The driver was so awesome and funny. It really made the trip much more fun. I would definitely do this experience again.

Where do I even begin ?! It’s hard to put it into words how truly beautiful Douro Valley is . All the wines/Port we tried was amazing but the highlight of the tour was absolutely our guide Paulo! He made us feel like family from the start . He was so knowledgeable about both wines and Porto . It was obvious he’s very passionate about his job ! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Tour guide was amazing! We learned a lot about the region and Portuguese wine and history. The selection of wineries was not good. It is not worth the money. For a private tour it felt cheap. We asked to leave half way through the last vineyard. Not recommended.

This tour was easy to access from the cruise terminal. Our guide was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable and charismatic. We learned so much about ports and our guide became a dear friend by the end of the tour.

João was an amazing driver and guide. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were his family. He had fun on the tour which made it even better. A truly fantastic and personalized tour. The vineyards were breathtaking, the wine was flowing, the lunch was delicious. I didn’t realize that I like port wine until this trip! 100% recommend. It’s a must.

We loved our driver who gave us so much information about the region and life in Portugal. We enjoyed seeing the region, which is like nothing else on earth! We did want to try more non- port wine from the region. We will certainly do this in our next trip and hope to have the same guide!

Excellent tour Paolo was great. They only issue was that we had a flat tire. We had to order another car service to drive us home. I feel the company should refund us the cost of the new car.

We absolutely enjoyed the tour. Not much of a Port drinker, but we decided to try and see Douro Valley. Mauricio was our guide and very knowledgeable. He even recommended us some really great restaurants in Porto. We enjoyed visiting the Quintas and trying their Port and table wines. It was a great experience and we would go back to Douro again to try other places next time.

Our tour guide Paolo was terrific! It was amazing hearing about Lisbon's culture and history from a life-long resident. My husband and I loved the two vineyards that we went to and the stop in Mafra was lovely and something we would have missed in our trip otherwise. Highly recommend!!!!
