The winery, Santa Julia, was wonderful & the porto wines are great. The Douro Valley is just amazing with how they planted the grape vines.....can't imagine the amount of labor they put in.

This full day tour from Porto to the Douro Valley was a fun and relaxing way to see this beautiful area of Portugal and learn about the history of Port wine making. The wineries we visited were interesting and the cruise on the Douro River was very enjoyable. And our guide and driver Ivo was simply the best. He was very informative and personable, and always making sure the pace of the tour was fine for us.
