I highly recommend the tour, having a guide, advance tickets, and pro tips to access and view made it much easier, especially for non-French speakers. She also shared a lot of history and interesting facts. A ‘must see’ for first-time Paris visitors.

We had a great tour with yusri today! The backstory of how the Eiffel tour got built was do interesting, and she’s a great story teller. It was so nice to be able to skip the line, and I’m so glad we went to the top! We had been to Paris before and just viewed from below, not thinking it was worth it to go up, but boy were we wrong!

The tour itself was limited. While our guide was helpful and courteous, the only portion of the "tour" was a 15-minute history lesson before we boarded the elevators.
We were a little disappointed to see the price on the admission tickets at 1/4 of what we paid for the "tour". If you're looking to just buy tickets to visit the Eiffel Tower, maybe consider purchasing from the attraction directly.

Our guide was on time for our tour and pleasant. He gave a nice introduction to the Eiffel Tower once he led us through security. We appreciated the information. Once we arrived at the 2nd floor, he gave us a quick run down of what we needed and then his job was finished. We really didn't need him to stick around because we enjoyed the tower at our own pace. We did appreciate his suggestions for good photo ops.

Going to the Eiffel Tower and then doing a river cruise was a great first day in Paris and we had an excellent tour guide who told us great stories and pointed out things we would’ve not known otherwise. I highly recommend doing this to her if you are in Paris

Ana was a wonderful tour guide. She had great energy and kept us engaged even though it was freezing out. She provided a good amount of info about the Tower, answered our questions, and pointed out landmarks, while keeping the mood light and enjoyable. My college-aged kids and I had a great time. She also gave my daughter some quick tips on the area she will be staying for her study abroad program. Ana's tour was a highlight of the day.

The tour itself was wonderful. I cannot recommend City Wonders and the tour guide Ana enough. She went above and beyond our expectations. However, we almost missed the tour because the link on the viator email sent us to the wrong side of the Eiffel tower. This needs to be corrected.

The meeting location was nearby the tower. The other families struggled to followed directions about meeting time & location, but our guide was understanding. Ana gave us great info and was very pleasant.

The Eiffel Tower was beyond amazing. The still work the elevators with the hydraulic uses was just before it’s time. I’m so glad they voted to keep it instead of tearing it down after that world fair.

Viator gave a meeting point different to actual meeting point(number 1 vs number 2 on the same street, which was consequential under torrential rain when 1 and 2 are opposite on a wide street and when the actual meeting point had some rain shelter). Person with city tours flag arrived 12 minutes before the tour. Guide arrived two minutes late. Guide was light hearted and funny but not the best in my experience.
What bothered me the most was the attitude of City Tours when I complained. Guide 3 stars. City Tours 2 stars for everyone being late and the bad attitude of the guy with the blue flag indicating City Tours. Viator 2 stars for providing the wrong information which was consequential on one of Paris’s worst nights of rainfall at night in a while.
