From 30th March 26 to 27th September 26, the Night Tour will depart at 9.30pm. From 28th September 26 – onwards, the Night Tour will depart at 8.30pm. From Big Bus Stop #1 (Big Bus Information Center, 11 Av de l'Opéra). We advise you to get to the tour 15 minutes prior to departure.

This was the worst experience ever. They provided 2 different times and pickup, so I confirmed that the time and pickup on my ticket was accurate. Much to my dismay to ensure we were at the right place, at the right time, no Big Bus ever came. Very disappointed as were here only two nights.

Sadly, this was a Viator fail on the same day as another “no show” tour guide. We’ve always had stellar success with Viator, our experience with them in Paris was a 0-2 success rate. The meeting point for the Big Bus Night Tour was changed to another location far from the one indicated on our confirmation. We’d paid for an Uber to reach this location and didn’t learn about the change of meeting points until well after the time of the excursion. Crickets from Viator.

We are still waiting for our money back as all correspondence on this tour had a different meeting address to where we we actually meant to meet and we were not the only ones there were a our 15 people waiting at the address specified..

Very disappointing, after confirming pickup point prior to day and app ticket confirming pickup point, arrived on the day at allocated time to a scrap of paper taped to the bus stop saying pickup would occur at another site 30 minutes walk away.. no time to get across to new point for boarding so we missed out on the tour. Several others in the same situation, so not a one off.

The bus never showed up. We got there at 9.00 as was suggested for 9:15 boarding. We stood there with 20 other people in the cold until 10:10 and no bus. No one from the company there. WE r seniors and. Couldn’t stand any longer. I want a refund or will cancel the charge. Audrey Winograde

We showed up before the tour time and there was no bus in sight that said number five and there were tons of buses in the area. The directions only gave a bus number, not a brand or company and we not super specific. We followed the directions we were given and nothing. I messaged three times and tried to call and no answer.

Take note that starting with 31th March, the Night tour departs from Stop #1 - Louvre-Pyramide / Big Bus Information Centre (11 Av de l'Opéra 75001 Paris) at 9:30 PM. The bus should had our Big Bus Tours name and not a specific number on it. Sadly, we don't have a phone line but we are available via live chat 24/7 and we can gladly assist with a reschedule if you did not have the chance to complete the tour yet. The Paris Night Tour was absolutely worth it! Seeing Paris come alive after dark is a completely different experience—magical, romantic, and unforgettable. The illuminated landmarks, especially Eiffel Tower sparkling at night, made the entire tour feel like a dream.
The pace of the tour was just right, allowing us to take in the beauty of the city without feeling rushed.
Overall, it was a fantastic way to experience Paris from a new perspective, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city

Such a fun night! We were tired, and cold from a long day of walking, but this bus trip was so nice to just sit, relax, enjoy the sites and learn lots of fun facts. We always enjoy these bus tours, and the night one was particularly spectacular with the Eiffel tower lighting up at the end! Magical!

You get to learn a lot about the city and see the major sites. It would be a much better tour with a live person actually talk and that can be asked questions! Saving money by not having a live tour guide on the bus, not a good thing.

Great way to see some lights and highlights of Paris. Manage your expectations, this is a very general tour experience, but great if your looking for photo opportunities. Driving past the Arc was the best view by far.

This Xmas lights bus tour was a wonderful way to see Paris at night all lit up for Christmas. The onboard commentary available in English and other languages was excellent and so informative

We were stood up for this tour. After we booked and paid for the Big Bus tour of Paris, the name of your was changed. Next the time was changed and then the meeting place was changed. We were informed of each change through emails which was fine and we acknowledged each change in reply. We arrived at the meeting point early as directed but the bus never showed up. We waited 45 min to no avail. They didn't answer the phone at the number provided. Our group of 4 were very disappointed as this was our last night in Paris. I would not recommend this tour company as they were nothing but a disappointing rip-off. Don't let them take your money!

We did get to see much of Paris but we were stuck under the overhang on the top of the bus, so it was hard to see and hard to take photos. It got a little long and it was just prerecorded with zero interaction from the driver (but they asked for tips twice on the recording). It could have been maybe 90 mins. If we had been able to get off at the Eiffel tower that would have been better also. We sat for 15 mins but were not allowed to leave the bus.
