- The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument
- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
- There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
- The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
- People with reduced mobility are not allowed to the summit floor
- Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

Highly recommend as it would be very easy to be confused about where the lines start to go up and also where to exit , where the champagne is 👍. Our guide Somali was very good . She told us about the history of the Eiffel Tower. The great thing is she talked just enough and did not bore us by going on and on. Perfect amount of information

There was a short-ish walk from the meeting point to the Tower, and the guide facilitated entrance. We booked the tour expecting to get to the top for sights, but it took about 2 hours to get from the meeting point to the top and all the views were of city lights - nice, but not what we expected. The area was packed to the gills, which I guess is to be expected, but the visit was, in general, somewhat disappointing. If returning, we would go in the morning and avoid mid-late afternoon times. Still, we can say we have been to the top of the Eiffel Tower...

Arrived at the location as indicated and waited for a while. Contacted the lead and didn’t hear back until 30 minutes later. They represented me as a no show which was incorrect as I was there on time.

Unless somehow you manage to score tickets on the official website (good luck) this is the next best thing. Meeting place is clearly identified and the guide who took us to the elevator was very informative and gave a good history of the tower. Highly recommend.

The process was exactly as advertised and it was smooth and easy it’s not quick, but the guide isn’t at fault for that - it’s just a long process.
The flag she carried didn’t say Viator on it - but it was easy to tell who she was.

The meeting place was centrally located and well-lit, which made us feel safe and comfortable for a night tour. The tour guides were on time, friendly, and well-prepared. It’s definitely not a tour experience, but I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience either. Like all the comments below said, you’re basically just getting faster entry than the regular ticket. So if you’re okay paying extra $$ to get in quicker, then I’d do it.
My recommendation is to just get a regular ticket through the actual Eiffel Tower website.

The meeting place is too far from the Eiffel Tower. The elevator is packed. Views are really good and our guide pointed out important places.

***BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BOOK***
I noticed that I made a scheduling mistake immediately following my booking. I immediately made contact to try and change the day but was refused because of their NO CHANGE POLICY. I never expected a refund; but wanted to change to a different tour. I was denied which is a HORRIBLE business practice. I will NEVER give this company nor Viator another dime!

this Cafe place is hard ton to find get tickets.
it was advertised for 4pm, no one showed up until 4:30 to give us tickets, we gad to wait in cold weather to get tickets. At 4:30pm they said these tickets r for 5pm entrance tickets. Until 6pm they didn’t allow us inside, . we bought these tickets thinking at 4pm , we thought we will be done before 6pm. We were still waiting in line to up the Eiffel tower at 6:30, we didn’t have enough time so we didn’t even use our tickets to go up, we just keft with out using tickets.
we spent $500 on these tickets, we couldn’t even use them.
i wish Viator put exact time for the ticketd & more informative.

Not only overpriced, but the tour guide just left us behind at the elevator and we nnever saw her again. In orher words, we did not get the information that she was supposed to share.
The tour just got me tickets 3 times as expensive without any other expected benefit

It was a cold wet day and the tower delayed opening for 1 hour. We all stood outside with no information. Our guide was very good, this was nothing to do with her.
Apparently the staff were having meeting.

Ran late for tour due to Uber getting into a car accident and requested to reschedule for another day. Was told we could not reschedule. Its seems a little ridiculous the tickets could not be rescheduled.

People in the group seemed generally skeptical of meeting in front of a cafe until the tour guide finally joined us.
The process of delivering us our tickets and getting us into the right lines at the Eiffel Tower was very helpful and efficient.
The views from the summit are incredible and well worth the effort to get there.
