- The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument
- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
- There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
- The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
- People with reduced mobility are not allowed to the summit floor
- Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

I honestly booked this because all of the direct booking tickets were sold out for the date and time I wanted to go. It worked out well because this tour started at a cute little cafe where my family and I were able to have breakfast before our 930 start time. Our tour guide was very informative and the pre-tour information gave lots of good insight. We didn't try to stay with the group once we got in the tower. It would have been impossible to stick together. We enjoyed the views regardless and got enough information before to make it worthwhile.

There is no direct access like they advertise. We had to wait in line for two hot hours before we got to summit. Not worth the money.

MUST MEET BLOCKS AWAY TO RECEIVE PAPER TICKETS
YOUR TICKET IS ACTUALLY 30 minutes later than they advertise here because they want you to meet 3 blocks away and walk with their group and stand in bigger lines

It was terrible. I should be reimbursed. No one would help me get to the destination. The host would not cooperate in meeting me at the Effel Tower since I was already there. I had tickets go to the Summit and was already on the second floor but no one would help me get to the correct elevator to get to the Summit. Plus there were riots going on just outside of the Effel Tower. We are seniors and I felt unsafe in leaving the Effel Tower and going several blocks away to meet the host.

Our guide, Dinesh, was very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower and went out of his way to make sure he answered questions and engaged with everyone in the group. Because he escorted us through the security checkpoints, it seemed like we were able to get into the Eiffel Tower much faster than people in the regular ticketed/non-ticketed lines. We had a delightful visit and Dinesh went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our tour, including taking beautiful pictures of our family.

Dinesh was our guide and we enjoyed him. He was funny and informative. The tour is not long, but was helpful in understanding what we should do and learning a bit if history along the way. If it’s your first visit, like ours, I recommend!

We did not get to experience. We traveled from Disneyland Paris. My son has ulcerative colitis and was not able to get his body regulated. We had to stop. Traffic was horrible and we did not make it. I communicated with the the group and we tried to get through security that did communicate back and tried to give us alternative locations to meet but we were not able to make it and were late and we were not shows.

The customer service is non-existent. John Paul kept me on the phone pretending to help for over 40 minutes and did absolutely nothing. Then received very generic, dismissive emails which contradicted their policies

The Eiffel Tower was incredible! But we were disappointed with our guide. She ushered 40 of us thru security and then talked to us about what to expect going up to the three different levels. It was such a large group and she couldn’t project her voice, so she asked that only one person from each group stand close to her. So half the group missed out on the narrative. Very annoying!

The security is frightening. It is more than getting on an airplane and that is ominous. The elevator are very crowded and I suggest you admire from the outside instead of subjecting yourself to being treated as an animal

The Eiffel Tower experience was wonderful however the meet up point to get your tickets was not at the Eiffel Tower. It was probably about 15 minutes away and it was confusing. So many people were like is this the right spot. It just felt unnecessary and it would’ve been so much easier if we could’ve collected the tickets at the Eiffel Tower.

The meeting place outside of the Eiffel Tower was a lot further away than we had anticipated. The guide did not have a loud enough voice, so she was difficult to hear and understand. Then when she turned to guide us to the entrance, she was walking so fast it was difficult to keep up with her.

Great experience. Guide was very knowledgeable and provided some great information and history of the tower. The. elevator was a must unless you have a goal of climbing 1665 stairs. Going to the top was a cool experience but only going to the 2nd floor would have likely been enough.

This tour was not worth the money! The tour guide failed to properly identify herself initially, and then basically, the only thing she did was walk us into the Eiffel Tower entrance. When some of us in our group were stopped at security to have our bags checked, she never looked back and we never saw her again. So basically, we we paid so much money for this tour and were left alone! We should have just bought our tickets on our own since we got nothing for the money we spent on this tour. Complete waste of money!

Highly recommend as it would be very easy to be confused about where the lines start to go up and also where to exit , where the champagne is 👍. Our guide Somali was very good . She told us about the history of the Eiffel Tower. The great thing is she talked just enough and did not bore us by going on and on. Perfect amount of information
