We never received the tickets, we've called repeatedly and no one has answered to this day. We are expecting compensation. Since they never sent us the tickets, we planned the day with the idea of going to the museum and then we couldn't get in. It's a scam, don't buy it.

Viator payment would not allow us entry into the Dorsey museum in Paris. QR code provided was not allow us entry

I mean, I was my own guide so the guide was fine. The audio file was large and difficult to download when I was trying to use it. The priority ticket was not priority. I followed the directions only to get shifted around because they were confused about me being my own guide vs being with a group or guide.

Unable to access self guided tour. Advertising led me to believe it was audio equipment picked up in the Musée. We had to purchase the equipment from the Musée. So, I paid $139 for 4 adult tickets @ $16 apiece, and NO audio received. I was not happy with your company, though the Musée was a delight.

I deeply sorry for your bad experience, but we mentioned everywhere that we provide audio-guide in digital way instead of the audioguide devices.

Buy directly on the museum's site. Audioguide was bought but not available. We tried to reach Viator without success. The refund was subsequently refused. But the museum itself was great.

Excellent audio ,not really a tour,but a history of the train station. Wonderful for n architect or engi eer. The art audio can be purchased on site.

Advertised aa priority tickets but we're not officially priority tickets and we were still asked to join a very long line to queue. We eventually got in after 1 hour of queuing and 1 hour after out timed entry. Although our ticket included an audio tour, we hadn't realised this meant an audio mp3 file which we could play on our phones, rather than the gallery audio guide. We couldn't use the mp3 audio as we didnt have headsets for our phones with us and so we ended up buying the galleries own audit tour at additional cost.

We are sorry if you felt misled. We have not had any problems getting out of the queue with our previous guests, but at peak times when there are a lot of people there is a minimum wait. We have indicated in the description that tickets are valid all day. and we wrote down in the description that you need to bring your headphones with you.

Wrong and misleading title and the booking procedure when you pick time! This ticket is not a priority admission and there's no timeslot allotted on the actual ticket. If I had known, we could entry museum earlier and didn't have to waste the time waiting until the timeslot you picked on the app. Anyway, this ticket does allow you to enter the museum. And the museum is AMAZING.
