Excellent Way to Experience the Louvre

Excellent tour guide, Xauo, who had enthusiasm and knowledge and great energy. The Louvre is a lot and doing it all in one trip is not possible, this was an excellent way to start the exploration while getting some major highlights, incudling the ever popular Mona Lisa.

Absolute Disaster!

Absolute disaster! 4 of us arrived 40 minutes before the start of our tour at the Louvre. Guide arrived late, and while we were frantically looking for her/him, thinking we might be in the wrong meetup spot, the guide entered the museum without us! VIATOR would not refund the $650 I paid! They ruined our vacation and the chance to see the Louvre. They also canceled our tour to the Loire Valley, which left me scrambling for a replacement tour. I will NEVER use VIATOR again. You shouldn’t either.

We had a great time. Our guide, Rawda was truly amazing. The tour was just my daughter and I. Our Guide did a wonderful job of keeping the tour entertaining, interesting, and enjoyable for both myself and my 18 year old daughter. A wonderful first experience in the Louvre for my daughter.

A Beautiful Tour of the Louvre

The tour was kess crowded as it would be during the day. A small suggestion would be to meet up earlier than suggested to make time for lining up to enter the Louvre. This alone took 30 minutes and reduced our time to see the pieces to only 7:00-8:30pm. Claudia was a very good tour guide. Very knowledgeable on the art and architecture. She kept a good, relaxed pace and was very friendly and patient, particularly with our special needs child. We would recommend her as your tour guide. The Louvre was beautiful. We were able to view the well-known pieces and Claudia’s descriptions and explanations were appreciated.
